The car starter we had installed here stopped working and was still under warranty. Since this location currently doesn't have a technician on site, the manager referred me to a place up the road who worked with them to fix it, and, and Ziebart reimbursed me within a couple of days for the labor and replaced the unit at no cost since it couldn't be fixed. Just a heads up- My husband and I took my vehicle in for a full detail. Dropped it off and picked it up the following day. Not sure if the person/ persons who detailed it was in a hurry but there were several issues... The cup holder was not cleaned, coffee drips still on door handle, French fries under passenger seat, arm rests looked like they weren't even touched, handle above driver seat was literally still black and the carpet on passenger side filthy. There were several other areas in crevices that were not even dusted let alone wiped down with a damp cloth. We called them the next day and were told to bring it back in for another full detail. Dropped it off again and just picked it up today. A few of the things mentioned above were corrected, however, the arm rests clearly were not even touched again, all the crevices still dusty and a few spots all over interior were not cleaned- the windshield is all streaked as well. Having said that- after charging me 330.00 I expected my vehicle to be spotless. I do not recommend this place- if you looking to get a full detail- go elsewhere. read more

I normally do not take the time to write a review but great customer service and fantastic results are so hard to come by these days I felt obligated to share my wonderful experience from start to finish. I was recommended to the Wexford location by my brother in law who has been getting his truck serviced there for years. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon just to get some more information about interior/exterior detailing and the range in cost. Tom, the gentleman up front, was professional,knowledgeable,and beyond helpful! After briefly discussing what he thought the best option for me would be I scheduled an appointment for the next Friday opening they had and was on my way. WOW... was I pleasantly surprised when I picked my car back up! What a difference! They made my car look new again!! What a great job! I had the rust proofing done right after I purchased my vehicle. I've gone back each year since for the maintenance touch-ups. My bumper is rusting and I've noticed rust on the frame welds. I showed the rust to the manager and of course he classified it as surface rust - not covered under the warrantee. The bumper paint is bubbling from underneath and I could see they totally missed coating the bumper when I crawled under the vehicle to check it. The manager is arrogant and difficult to deal with - no concept of customer service. Also, nothing is ever their fault. Their warrantee is meaningless since everything is classified by them as either surface rust or as the other evaluator mentioned, you're called a liar. If you have any other options for rust proofing, take it! I'm pretty much stuck with them with this vehicle, but I'm definitely not going to use them when I purchase my next vehicle. read more

I took my car for the second time in the past 2 years for an interior detailing. The first time being June of 2012. The cleaning was okay but areas completed missed. I reported this to them the next day. The second time I called on Ziebarts was today for a detailing. Interior doors were skipped along with the middle console that still had dripped coffee down the side of the console. I had pointed this out to "Dan" at the desk and he grabbed a cloth and spray bottle & wiped off the console. This is not what I expected to happen but the best was when he & I returned back into the building and he became rude & grapped my credit card that I held out from my hand and completed the sale. He was abrupt and quite rude in his manners. I could not believe he could behave this way to a repeat customer. I did not get a clean car but I did get treated inappropriately. This person has worked there for awhile and apparently could care less how he plans to conduct business. I did report this by sending an email to customer service and have yet to hear back. However, I do not plan to call upon this business again. It cost me $110 plus for the experience today and there are other smaller businesses that care how they treat their customers because word of mouth accounts for a lot for the smaller guys/girls. read more
