After having Drew and his crew successfully paint the exterior of our home last spring (2025), we…read morehired them again in October 2025 to refinish our deck and railings. It was important to us to have the work done before the winter, however, because the weather had been rainy and was getting colder, we expressed concern about timing and relied on Drew's professional judgment. If the work needed to wait until spring, that was okay. He assured us the conditions were acceptable and that the work would hold up, but if a few areas needed attention after winter, he would return to 'touch up'. Initially, the deck looked good, and we paid in full. Unfortunately, within just a few weeks, the paint began peeling and flaking off across the entire deck and railings. The attached pictures show the deck less than 6 months after the work was completed.  Although most of the deck had been previously painted, there were several areas where boards had been replaced.  The paint is not adhering to any of it.  As a result, we are now left with a severely deteriorated deck after paying for what we believed would be a professional job. Since raising these concerns shortly after completion, Drew has been unwilling to return to inspect the work or discuss how to make it right.  At this point, he has stopped responding altogether. The condition of our deck is terrible, and we've had multiple neighbors and visitors ask what happened. While it's embarrassing, we've been honest with them about both the quality of the work and the lack of follow-through.  Drew is dismayed we shared our experience with them and has informed us that based on our sharing, our relationship is over. He will not return to discuss or remedy in any way. In hindsight, this experience mirrors a negative review we previously read which Drew dismissed when we first hired him. We trusted his explanation of that review at the time (difficult client), but unfortunately, we now find we should have trusted the review and gone another way. We are disappointed to have to warn other locals...buyer beware.

The cutting in at the ceilings was fantastic! But let me start at the beginning.... First of all the quote came in almost $2000 less than competitors. Bruno spent as much time as I needed to thoroughly go through the house and address all of my wants and concerns. I was instantly aware of how much knowledge he had and how incredibly picky he was going to be with the job.Throughout the process he sent me updates. There were so many mudding issues that I didn't even know were there, painters lights can show all the flaws that needed to be patched, he took off all of the ugly extra moldings that the previous owners had put up, he took down lights that I asked him to take down. And throughout the process even at 9:30 at night he was walking me through his thoughts on satin versus Matt finishes. Color changes at the last minute were not a problem, he even added on three closets that we had not agreed to in the quote for a very cheap price because they needed to be done in his opinion. And he was right. Everything from top to bottom was perfection. If you don't hire him, you will not get anything close to what he provides. Thank you again so much Bruno and your team.
