Was left without a properly working exterior door with the temps outside at 15 degrees. Also the tech put a big scratch in the brand new door. Also broke my ceramic tile floor and damaged the siding on my house. After repeated attempts to get ahold of the owner to see if he would step up and take care of the damages. He won't answer calls.
