If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT trust this company. We signed a contract with Swift in July of 2020 to have a pool built in 2021. We went with them based on referrals and the fact that other companies were giving us a two year estimate, whereas Swift said they'd have it done the following year. We were given excuse after excuse for why it was delayed this whole time. Given the circumstances, with Covid, we were disappointed, but understood some of the delays. Though, the excuses did become excessive after a while. We also had to start hounding them for any updates when they just stopped communicating. We were told last fall that our pool would finally be built this spring and that we were next in line. When spring came, we received an email saying that regrettably they were going to have to charge us 40-45% more than the contract price, due to the circumstances of the last three years, and that they understood if we decided to cancel, and would return our 10k deposit in the order deposits were received (not immediately, but in their time). Needless to say, we were furious. We spoke to an attorney, who read the contract and said they are in breach. My husband sent an email to Swift demanding our deposit back immediately, and we just received another email outlining all the work that they have already done (staking the pool and apply for the permit), and that they will only give us a partial refund. Their prior email said nothing about that. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this company. I cannot stress enough how horrible they have been to deal with, from beginning to this very bitter end. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from Swift Pools, for their own good. They deserve to be shut down. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and deceptive. Bad, bad business. read more

DO NOT contract a pool with Swift Pools. Were held to a signed contract for 952 days until Swift Pools canceled due to lower profits for them. Signed a pool CONTRACT in Sept 2020. On May 5th 2021 (245 days later) we received concerning updates from Swift on progress of pools ahead of us and asked to cancel for full refund. 5 weeks later, per their lawyers, we were told NO we could not cancel as we have a signed contract. Over the next 707 days (952 days in total) there were 80+ update emails exchanged with a few additional requests for cancelation with refund or to sell our contract - all were no. It was clear Swift was holding us to the contract. On March 30, 2023 (939 days since signature) we received a form letter from Swift saying our CONTRACTED price will be going up 40-45% due to increased costs. We strongly questioned this as we were held to our end of the contract for 939 days and they need to adhere to theirs. On April 12th we receive a contract cancelation email from Swift with refund. Ask yourself this - do you want to do business with Swift Pools that holds you captive to a contract for 952 days when it benefits them and then cancels as soon as their profits lower? We could have contracted with another pool company back in May 2021 and here we are April 2023 with no options. Beware! read more

If I could give less then a 1 I would. This company charged me 360 to do a pool opening and all they did was drop off chemicals. They showed up at my house at 5 PM. I was not waiting around all day since they never gave me a time and unfortunately there was no power to the pool. They never called to ask if I was in the area. Like I said they dropped off about 50 dollars in chemicals and charged 360 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!!!! read more

I would not recommend anyone sign a contract with Swift Pool. They are unable to meet their commitment to customers who have signed a contract since mid-Summer last year. I am now being told my pool may not get installed until 2022 and they have a large amount of my money. Buyer beware their contract is not fair and written in such a way that they don't have to make a commitment but you the customer do. I urge you if you are currently waiting for them to build your pool to press them for the truth as they don't seem to have a good handle on their build business at this time. If you were hoping for a Swift Pool you are probably out of luck and a large amount of $$ like I am. read more

Swift pools installed our pool in 2010 and did an excellent job at the time with great advice as to location in our yard and size. Since then they have annually closed and opened our pool. However my real reason for writing a five star review relates to our most recent interaction with the Swift Pools team. Our Polaris 380 was not working properly and so I called Swift Pools to ask if they knew anyone who could fix it. Much to my surprise they said they had a Polaris Technican who could fix it on site. When I picked it up the Polaris pool cleaner worked better than it probably ever has worked. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the repair. It was not cheap but it was pretty much half the price of buying a new one. Personally I do not mind paying for a quality job! So thank you Swift Pool - it is very easy to give a 5 star rating!! read more

If you trust this guy you may pay to regret it. I had called the owner to tell him that when it rains a river runs between my house and the neighbors house. I suggested a small burm because they had just dug the hole for the pool. I once again heard from John that he had been building pools for 30 years.. anyway.. that night the deep end was full. I called and they sent someone out to pump it out.. the guy said it was good I called because it could have collapsed. Then after digging a huge pool I had to pay for a lot of bank gravel dirt. This was unexpected.. the back hoe operator told me it was because all of the dirt from the hole was mud and he was unable to use it. Then I paid for a lot of dirt. John handed me a bill for 1500 and I asked what it was for? He said "labor" for the back hoe operator. I showed him HIS contract which said that the customer would be responsible for any extra material (which I had already paid even though I thought it was weather related more on that later) I point out that the contract mentioned material but made no mention of extra labor charges? Also it says I'm not responsible for weather related items. When we didnt agree, I asked him to call his lawyer (the one that wrote the contract) and said that if HIS lawyer agreed with him I would pay. Generous on my part. His reply was yelling "PACK THE FCKING TRUCKS" to his crew.. implying they would abandon the work site with a big hole in my yard. At that time I wrote him the check.. as I handed it to him I said.. take this money John but I will be telling everyone I get the chance what you did to me. That was 2004 and i kept my word.. I've told the story a few hundred times. But john got the 1500 he didnt deserve. read more

We had Swift Pools install our pool 15 years ago. They were amazing and have been every since with their service throughout the years. We just had them install a brand new liner and it looks awesome.
