It took about two weeks for them to come out (the one thing I didn't love was the scheduling- they will only tell you the day they are coming and the time they give you a window the day before- but really it wasn't bad and I didn't even need to be here, so ended up being a nonissue) Bert found the source of the leak in about 15 minutes and then had to search for the part or he said he would have to make it himself (again very old hot tub) and about two weeks later he came back out and fixed the hot tub. I felt the price was very reasonable and my hot tub no longer leaks so that's wonderful! I will definitely be calling BP Spa for any future hot tub needs.

I felt like I spent a lot of money and wasted a lot of time for very little, and their lack of communication was dangerous. I bought a new pool cover from them, which I knew I needed. They installed it, but didn't bother to tell me that they hadn't finished anchoring it because they needed to install some new anchors. I let my dogs out thinking it was secure since they had left without communicating otherwise. My foster puppy ran right across the area that wasn't anchored and easily could have fallen in, gotten trapped, and drown. Thankfully, she jumped off of it right as that anchored corner gave I also had them install a new filter, and they failed to tell me that they hadn't reconnected a pipe after installing it. This resulted in water spraying everywhere in my garage after turning my filter on the first time. Generally speaking when I contacted Matt, he was responsive, but his team repeatedly failed to communicate important information.

What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.
