Ron from Finishers told me the distributor was Floor star Sales. About two months ago I reached out to Finishers and spoke with Ron. My carpet is disintegrating I have fiber like particles you could say like sand all over. Vacuuming doesn't help either. If you touch the carpet it leaves sand like particles on your hand. My tile floor gets full of it as well as my furniture. I change the furnace filter every month and it is full of this carpet particles. After many emails and requesting the phone number for the distributor Ron emailed me was a wrong number. Just this past Thursday Eric the owner came out and admitted that there was a problem and that he was going to make sure a claim was filed. From the tone it sounds that Millken is very slow at filing claims. Mean while we are breathing these particles. This is why people end up suing because companies want to neglect their responsibilities and leave consumers with no choice but to sue.

They could've easily put it in front of the people's house who were getting A SERVICE DONE. NOT only was it right in front of our house it was parked inches away from the driveway making it hard to pull in. AND since they were parked in front of our house, they walked across our lawn MULTIPLE times. My mom said to the crew "are you going to be done today? Your trailer makes it hard to get out of the drive way." Their response was "yep!" And when the crew was gone- the trailer was not. Also, scraps from the job fell into our yard which is understandable because it was windy but the scraps were left there, we were home with windows open so they could've asked/ told us they were coming into our yard to pick scraps up. During their time working on the roof, I heard more F bombs in a day, than my lifetime.
