One of the FASTEST Smog Checks I've ever had in my life. They are really fast! Hence the name, "Swift Smog". Recommended and I overheard the owner helping another guy and instead of making him pay the full amount and then a retest fee, he only charged him a 'pretest' fee which is significantly less than what others out there charge. Its worth the drive to San Jacinto to get this level of customer care and service. Highly recommended! read more

My mechanic recommended Swift Smog. I was very pleased. This is the third time I have been there. This father-son team knows what they are doing and are very fast at doing it. Other customers expressed the same feelings. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Tom is very upfront about their price, and shows you what he will charge you before he agrees to test your vehicle. (There is a processing fee if you choose to use a credit card). Their shop is kind of hidden from the street, but perhaps that's why I have gotten in and out in a very short time. There is not a long line of people waiting to have their vehicle tested. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I highly recommend this smog shop. First time using this place and it won't be the last. My daughter told me about Swift Smog and how fast they got you in and out, and she was right. Their price is more than fair. $40.00 cash and that includes the Certificate. I don't know of any other place that can beat their price! Super nice and friendly too. read more

This smog shop is the best in the West: make it your smog shop stop. The place is clean and orderly. They care about their business and it shows. I Actually received a nice welcome and right away knew I was in good hands. There was no language barrier between the owner and I and he was very generous with his time answering my questions and sharing some tips about my Subaru. Wow, I drove in and before I could take a deep breath he came back with my keys and the test done. The price was absolutely right. No need to look further....just head on to Swift Smog. Will tell everybody that needs the test....one less worry. read more

This is the only place to go for test only smog checks in the San Jacinto valley. The owners are true gentlemen, with not only friendly service but they always offer knowledge that is very much appreciated. My wife and daughter have both used this shop and were treated very well and were made to feel very welcome and appreciated. read more

AMAZING! Needed to get my car smogged and went here. The light was on so they tested it for me and told me weather or not it would or wouldn't pass. Got it fixed and took it back and they smogged it! Had to bring it like 3 times first to see if it would pass. Very nice and great service! read more

I got my smog notice and needed to get it done quickly. I brought my car in after 2pm. They got me in and got me on my way in under 15 minutes. There is a flat rate if you pay cash for vehicles years 2000 or newer. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Outstanding service! read more

These guys had my 2011 Camaro smog checked before I could even finish a burrito I brought to eat while I waited. There was no messing around. I handed them my registration, they smogged it and I paid the $39 out the door for check and certificate. Definitely will recommend them. read more

I knew he was being honest turns out my bushings arms needed to be replaced ASAP, and I'm so glad I had the money to get the service done cause lord knows how long I would have kept driving. So in short what would have been a $700 job turned into a $300 because I was able to get my own parts so all I paid for was the labor which was nice! And even after he was done I was ready to take off and drive and heard a noise and not only did I turn back around to him knowing what the problem was and fixed it with no issues! So if you have money but don't want to spend it and is looking for a good price as well as work then give this place a try cause this is my go to place!!!

100% worth the effort and/or eyestrain of finding this tiny place just a bit west of State at 144 W Florida Avenue, on the North side of the street. I went there because of the good Yelp reviews and boy was I NOT disappointed! Had just been to another smog place down by Home Depot which a friend had liked -we'll agree to disagree on that - (won't post name but starts with "M" and is part of major auto lube chain) where they not only couldn't explain their services properly but were impatient and their prices were nearly double what I got charged at Swift. The guys worked majorly quick and the whole thing was done in about 15min. wow. What a find. It's also a STAR facility under the newest California smog test places regulations and that's what I needed for my 1991 van. HIGHLY recommended! read more

If I could enter in zero stars I would. The worse service experience. I was getting ready to have a smog test done and my car ended up not starting so they went back into their building and left me outside with my car not starting with no help. Then proceeds to say "that's what I get for buying an old car" and "what did you expect me to do" etc. thankfully the gentleman across the way at the repair shop and tire shop were there to help me and get me back on the road. read more

Highly recommend! Great price, great service, and in and out in 5 minutes. The owner is straight forward, makes sure you know up front what the cost will be and also asks you questions about your vehicle (has the battery been disconnected, check engine light, etc.) to make sure you won't get a false fail. I've taken 3 vehicles to them and would recommend this shop to anyone. read more
