Not only they did poor job of washing the car, I discovered cracks and paint chips on the car's body! I wasn't aware and thrilled about the car going through an automatic drive-through wash first then they do a hand wash. Very upset and frustrated! Who's gonna cover the paint chipping all over the car? Moreover, the plate numbers were bent! Is that all your automatic car drive-through is doing? They rush you so there is no chance to inspect the car properly. Every time I point out something needs attention they respond: don't worry! They don't listen, they're in a hurry, and now I'm the one super worried! I just realized that in the receipt it states power wash rubber mat! And they only vacuumed!

We brought in the easy one first, my husbands. When we picked it up it looked and smelled brand new. The next day we brought in the challenge, my car. It had been through some things. A can of paint had been spilled in it and cleaned up, but not well. Hay had been transported in it, muddy dogs had jumped in and out of it, a crate of pigs had driven in the back, two pygmy goats had ridden with the seats down...we were worried! But there was absolutely no reason to be concerned! When we picked it up, there was no sign (or smell) of livestock, no remnants of hay, no more muddy dog paw prints, and there is no way anyone would ever guess a gallon of paint had been spilled. It looked brand new. My only regret is that we didn't find Taj detailing sooner.

The attendant seems fail to load the pump with the paper roll so the pump can print out the receipts when a transaction is finished. I'd like to minimize people interaction as much as possible. It Also depletes the purpose of convenience when the customer have to walk inside the store just to get their receipts.

It's a really nice setup -- completely touchless, so there are no giant scrub brushes that can scratch your paint. That's a big plus in my book. The only downside is the drying situation. There's no built-in dryer at the end of the wash. Instead, the dryers are located outside along the side of the building, and it costs $1 to use one. That was a first for me.

I paid exactly what was quoted by Rick, not a dollar more. I felt comfortable knowing that I had someone who knew what they were doing work on my windshield. I called a couple of places for pricing and MGB was very reasonable. It was a small, locally owned, family business. I like to support small business owners in my community so I decided to give them a try over the more expensive bigger business red trucks you see everywhere you go. I was very pleased... not only was he cheaper (it would've been an extra $25+ with the other guys), he was prompt (I've waited hours for a tow before), he was courteous & professional, he gave me a ride back to S. Elgin AND he let me bring my dog (thankfully he was over the carsick part by then ). He dropped the truck at the mechanics and drove me the extra couple of miles to my house so I could pay him. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience...considering I had needed the service in the first place!bi will definitely call MGB Towing Unlimited the next time I need a tow! If I didn't live so far away (40+ miles) I'd make this THE go to place for my 2019 Honda CRV. I was…read moreon the tollway, going with the flow of traffic at about 70mph, when I suddenly heard an awful, terrifying, loud metal screeching sound coming from my car. When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.
