AYOR - I purchased an ASUS Zenfone 10 in mid-summer 2024 from the store in Toronto - now closed. I was told it was a mint condition "Open Box" returned from Amazon US. Fine until a few months ago when my carrier informed me that I needed a new phone compatible with VoLTE since they were migrating from 3G to 4G/LTE. Swiftronics sold me a TAIWANESE phone with NO support in North America. ASUS confirmed that "unfortunately", VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling/VoWiFi features are not available for the US region phone models at this time and the Taiwanese sold to me can NOT have his firmware updated even if all the hardware components are already on the device. This phone shouldn't have been on the Canadian market. I got scammed - 825$ going to waste. read more

Just returned a phone that didn't perform as advertised by swiftronics and I'm really disappointed in their services as they just refunded the phone itself without paying me back for the accessories for which I paid another $100 and they retained the 20% of the phone price those people are just a ripoff I don't recommend them to anyone you will find better deals somewhere else read more

Horrible, they charged 1400 for a 1000 dollar phone but I needed it for the camera immediately so I bought it, only to have it die shortly after. THEN they said they would fix it for 300 and I relented, but they didn't reassemble the phone properly so it died again and now I'm out almost 2000 dollars. read more

Keep away from this shop at Don Mills. Worst customer experience ever. We didn't want to take an open box of $200.00 Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds. We bought it when the staff said: no worry at all, any problem you come back within 30 days. We tried at home and found it bad quality and went back to the shop two days later. To our surprise, they mentioned first time that all sales are final sale no refund. After we insisted, they took it for test of "two day only". After no feedback for over one week, we finally reached them and were told to take back the ear phone as the test result "good". The staff are deceiving and the owner is avoiding phone calls...... Now we learned our lesson and got a pair of ear buds we would never want to use. read more

For Christmas we bought an iPhone this is our 5th phone for my family. Staff is very knowledgeable friendly. For myself I bought a Samsung a71 works great. I've had it for two years with no problems. I will be looking to buy a new phone this year I like to buy a new phone every two years. I definitely recommend this company. read more

Recently purchased a Samsung S7 Edge. After researching, they were the only retailer that had stock in the colour I wanted (all the colours were available), and the phone was new. Every other vendor had used or refurbished phones, despite advertising like they are new. I was dealing with Shaun whom I found to be excellent at providing an informed opinion on the devices, while also being friendly, extra courteous, professional and showed ownership and pride in the products and business. I had a great experience, I loved the selection of products, and I loved that this business is actually able to work with the customer to provide a product they want versus compromising for what they have in stock. Stay away - these guys are crooks! I bought an S7 which did not work. Returned it the next day to get a replacement. The staff kept the phone out of my sight under a desk for a while and then acted all surprised "hey what is this mark"? The girl showed me what looked like a burn mark on the back of the phone? I have no idea if she used a magnet, heat gun or a lighter or if she plugged it in to the wrong power rating but they then accused me of damaging the phone!! It has been over 2 months and they have not returned my money or my phone calls. They are pretending it is water damage but I could never get it to work therefore left it in the box. If this phone had water damage then you can be sure all their other cell phones have water damage - you just wont be able to tell 'til you try and charge it. On January 12th They also claimed they sent it for repair yet they never attempted to notify me or at least ask me to come get the phone. Samsung support has no record of repairing the phone. Sales person Brit Jones says the phone was sent to the states. This is another red flag as the manager Frank Falla admitted to me (November 1st) that they sell American hand sets. Had I known that I would not have purchased it.  Here in Canada, Rogers and Bell do not support American phones and this is probably the case for other Canadian carriers. He said some of Samsung's colours are not offered here in Canada. I have no preference for what colour the phone is as long as it works. Do not trust these guys! read more
