I first asked by e-mail whether they repaired Apple Watches and I got a response the same day. A couple of days later, I walked into the shop and within a second of looking at the Apple Watch's screen, they realised that the Apple Watch already had a screen protector and that the screen was completely fine, it was just the screen protector that was cracked. They removed the screen protector to reveal the perfectly fine screen. They did this in a minute for free. I am very happy for their fast reply to my question and for saving me a lot of money on an unneeded repair. I recommend ProFix and will go there next time I have an issue with any of my devices.
