Had I not been in his shop I would not have been able to work through the roadblocks that came up during the downloads. He wasn't even going to charge me for his time! So I'm buying an external keyboard, a keyboard cover, and 2 gigs of RAM to thank him for restoring both of my laptops - and their screens- to high-functioning beauties.
