Today we had 3 kids ready to bowl, we get there at 11am and front desk lady says they are closed for events until 3pm. Their social media had advertised $5 Friday open play from 11am-7pm. I showed her and said "this was posted knowing you wouldn't be able to accommodate?" Her reply was "no we have 2 events so we aren't doing $5 Friday or KBF until 3pm and that she would get the manager". Oh and that she isn't in charge of the marketing team. Once I left they posted a closure announcement on instagram I fear the marketing team could use some training. I do give props to the food court. Great food and the cashier is always extremely friendly. It's extremely unfortunate- I love supporting local, I used to bowl here as a child and was so excited to take my kids here but this was the last straw. Go to santikos or literally any other place if you don't want to be disappointed. It's not worth the money or frustration.

On top of that, the bar drinks were not reasonably priced either -- about $40 for two beers and two well drinks. We came hoping for a fun, affordable family night. While we did have fun bowling, it was nowhere near cheap, and the overall value just wasn't there.
