Drinks: Love! Found out about Swig from SLOMW and wanted to try one that was more my speed. My husband heard me talking about it forever and decided to grab one too. Naturally I tested both, Mine - Soda water, lemonade, strawberry puree, fresh lemon, coconut cream. His - Summer splash I liked his better! I'd tweak mine to have no coconut cream and extra soda water. Service: One of the gals was super friendly and excited that it was our first time in. I reading a lot of reviews about the customer service. This location is def better then the other one I go to. Drinks are always great. I bought 6 gift cards the last time I was there to share with friends! Do I wish they were a little nicer, yes. Maybe that is a training that is not drilled at Swig. Service is equivalent to Sonic (which I do not frequent), but I do like the drinks at Swig! Come on San Antonio swig locations look at all the comments and work on your service. Driven by so many times and finally got the chance to check it out. I didn't know what to expect, but they have a preset menu of various soda/non soda concoctions, refreshers, revivers, and teas. You can order off their menu or make up your own brew. First choose your size (from preset menu price list) , then order your drink. I chose the mango refresher sans the sugar free vanilla. It consisted of water, sugar free coconut, mango purée, frozen mango, and coconut cream. You're basically paying the fee for the cup size and each extra ingredient. I love coconut but found it overtook the mango in this drink, and therefore smelled and reminded me of sunscreen. I didn't care for it too much. Maybe add more mango purée and chunks... Also ordered the Just Peachy- Coke Zero sugar, pineapple, peach purée, coconut cream, and fresh lime. This one was pretty good, thumbs up! Two drinks costed approx $16+ , we ordered two different sizes. A little pricey, and I wouldn't order the mango refresher again. read more

Cruising down Potranco, my wife was craving a dirty soda and Swig it is! I am no stranger to this location, visited it once it opened up in 2024 and let me tell you they don't disappoint! The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable about their beverages and rewards program and the service is nice and fast! Order prior to arriving to the drive thru window where the menu is located and someone will quickly come out and assist you with your order. We ordered the pretzel bites, warm, moist and butter finish pairs well with the creamy queso! The Texas Tab Dr Pepper with vanilla and coconut flavor pairs well with these snacks and finish it off with lemon poppyseed cookies, cold, soft and lemon flavored cookie highly recommend it! My kids and I stopped by today to use the free drink coupon they gave the near by schools. We went through the drive thru and there was a rep taking orders outside. On her walkie talkie I heard someone inside giving her instructions: "oh yeah today students were given coupons for a free drink... them and their families arent welcomed in the lobby. They need to go thru the drive thru." I responded - wow that sounds strict. And the rep just stayed quiet and asked if i was ready to order. We were excited to finally go so when we went In we were disappointed when the kid told me they were out of some flavors. So we had to go down the menu and ask if they had flavors for those drinks we picked. So It was a hit and miss. Then went to pay and was told they didn't have change?! It was like 4 bucks and change and luckily I had a 5 so No big deal but it was weird. Drink was ok. Super disappointed with this place. Ordered The Founder and absolutely hated it!! We asked if we could exchange it for something else and were told we'd have to pay for it!! I took one sip out of the drink and knew it was trash!! We won't be going back!! They could have easily fixed the problem and had lifetime customers. Beautiful little place, and tasty drinks. Although if you want good customer service and accurate orders I'd take your service to the Culebra location. This location the girl was just dumb, didn't know her drinks, couldn't find the drink for the longest, i also had a free sugar cookie deal through the app, she kept saying it was expired (uh i just downloaded it and got the offer?!) She didn't know how to use the tablet, didn't know how to scan the phones or QR code. She still had the audacity to charge me for the cookie that i didn't want unless it got with the free deal. Love the drinks, love the cookies, haven't had a wrong order yet. They've been out of kids size cups since they opened. Today I asked if they could honor the price of the kids size for the 16 oz. since they're out. They told me no they couldn't because it's not their fault the size is on back order. That's disappointing customer service. They should black out that size until it's in stock or honor the price change. We're paying extra when we'd rather have a smaller drink. Hope they correct this error on their part. read more
