We've had our kids taking swimming lessons for more than a year. Overall, I've been pleased with the instruction. It's been a slow process (learning to swim), but I like the private instruction model. The customer service however has been profoundly disappointing, We've had an issue the past week where our kids' lesson is scheduled at the same time as a pool volleyball game, and last week one of the volleyballers complained vehemently about their having the pool reserved (I guess my 6 yo was supposed to just jump out). It was quite awkward, and I called SWAP to make them aware. I called that Monday and it took multiple calls, emails, texts to get Nate to call me back 4 days later. When he did call, he told me he would call the pool to clarify how the pool was reserved and call me right back. He never did (even after I left multiple messages asking him to follow up on it before my kids' next lesson (today). Of course, today we had the same issue, and I was left to ask to speak to the Highland Athletic Club director and try to resolve the issue myself. Dealing with the management of this company has been excruciatingly difficult for absolutely no reason. They seem to have very little respect for customers.
