This swim school runs like a well-oiled machine. There are so many classes and times to choose…read morefrom. It is always very easy to reschedule a class for a different day. I appreciate how accommodating they are. There are so many swim instructors/staff working. The staff are very warm and caring. There is a huge window/seating area to see the entire pool and my child feels reassured since he can easily see us. The facility is very clean and has many changing rooms, restrooms, hair dryers, etc. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. My almost 4 year old has been going to weekly classes for the past few months. He was very scared of the water before, but since starting the classes he is less fearful and seems to enjoy it now. Depending on the day and level, there could be anywhere from 1-4 kids in a class. Although, I wish they would cap the class to 3 kids so there is more time in the water, I still think he is learning a lot. We will see how long it takes him to make progress and will post an update.

Now, after 7 months in he is in Pro 1 and will be testing for Pro 2 next week!!! We can't even believe it! My daughter just got promoted to Glider 3, and d she swims like a fish at 6 years old. Super confident. When she got promoted the school was so kind to give her a ribbon, award, and FREE Kid's Meal at Canes across the street! My youngest is 3, and he is still adjusting to getting comfortable in the water, but he too is so much more confident. He knows how to lift himself out of the pool and back float. Grateful for the time and attention the Hamilton Mill school has put into our kids. Their staff is so kind, welcoming, and always accommodating. They have a play area for the littles while you wait for class, and a coloring area, which is so helpful. Candy and snacks at the front desk. And the facility is always clean!

Now, I'm ready to figure out those numbers - like aperture and shutter speed and ISO - and get to clickin'! The Photo Express 1 class was a great foundation for building my knowledge and experience. The instructor (Allison!) did a great job of explaining, making sure we understood, and allowing us to - sometimes - ask the same question repeatedly. She was patient, professional, and passionate. Periodically through the class workshop, we were given the opportunity to practice what we were learning. Allison often took time to speak one-on-one with each student insuring we all stayed together and fully grasped the concepts. I'm happy to say, I'm well off of the point-and-shoot mediocrity and have now ventured well off the "automated" controls of my new DSLR. Thanks, Atlanta School of Photography!

The Photo 101 class at ASOP was perfect. Good foundational information plus an instructor with enthusiasm and (most importantly) patience. The class size was small which was helpful. Because it's located in a private residential area there is a intimacy to this park that you may not find in other Roswell area park. However just because it's semi private doesn't mean you should leave your kids unattended...the park is kind of off to the side of the road so there are still cars driving by so if you're playing catch with Frodo the dog. Just be careful. The park like all Roswell area park is extremely well maintained...it's a great place to come on the weekends too...

They do not have a good diversity strategy in place. They do not reprimanded or coach the bullies it was an ongoing issue. We moved to another private school 3rd grade best decision. Nepotism (Teachers kids) were leads in all plays and everything. They were in process of transitioning a new principal when we were leaving. I hope things changed for the best.
