She can now swim across the pool all by herself! Ms. Julie is hands down the best swim instructor we've ever seen. Her warm and comfortable pool, combined with her patient and expert teaching style, made all the difference. We had tried lessons at other places like Boca Swim before, but they didn't even come close to what Julie offers. The transformation was incredible--our daughter can now handle situations like being thrown into the pool or going down a water slide and landing underwater. She's able to swim back to safety with ease, which gives us so much peace of mind. I would not recommend Swim with Mr. Blue. After a year of lessons and spending over $1000, my daughter still isn't water safe. In fact, she fell in a friend's pool and couldn't save herself. Furthermore, if you are a working parent and need weekend lessons only, the owner will not work with you for weekend makeups, unless you do an hour lesson which is way too much for the child. The owner is very quirky and asks customers to help rearrange umbrellas and furniture while the kids are swimming. The Coral Springs location lost it's two best teachers and honestly the instructors are not worth the $ now. Too much turnover which makes it hard on the kids to feel comfortable. read more

We had our son Casey enrolled in another swim school from the age of 6 months to 18 months. From day one we have never been those parents that wanted our son to use arm floats BC that gives your child a false sense of security. One day we noticed our son was plateauing and wasn't kicking or using him arms, he just laid there floating. Both myself and my husband got nervous about having our son in the pool period. After a year of swim lessons, what do we do. We heard about Swim with Mr Blue in March 2016 from my boss who enrolled their children years prior. We were apprehensive because we already spent a lot of money on a previous school. (Obviously there shouldn't be a price on our children's safety) So the next day I went to register my son, got our swim book & DVD. That night we read the book to our son and watched the DVD for a week. We enrolled our son in the class of "learn how to swim in 5 days." Since enrolling our son, It's been such a life changing experience for us. He has consecutively been enrolled with Swim with Mr Blue for almost 2+ years, and can now swim better than us. I haven't looked back and this is the smartest decision we have made as parents for our son. Thank you to our wonderful coaches for guiding our fish in the water. This has been a great place to do mommy and me swim lessons. I think the coaches are good at what they do and really care about teaching swimming. I have tried other swim lessons in the area starting from the time my daughter was 9 months and there just wasn't any progression. Here she struggled at first because they really want kids to learn to be safe in the water. Learning a new skill required parents and kids to step out of their comfort zone. My daughter isn't always happy about that, but she has made so much progress! She is now 18 months and doing their 5 day class. Again, she isn't always happy about it, but she will learn. It is so important for kids to be water safe in Florida. The only issues I have had are more administrative, showing up for classes that have been postponed because of weather, but not knowing that. The scheduling has had some hiccups, but it was all worked out. read more
