The service here is amazing! It was quiet when I arrived today, so they greeted me right away. The woman helping me today measured, then picked out various styles for me and a couple of different sizes close to what she measured me for, just in case. I went in at least wanting to try a couple of bras I'd seen photos for on facebook, so we started with those. She wasn't pushy to sell me anything in particular, but I had trouble deciding, so I went with two of them. They are pricey, though. And that's why it's not 5 stars. For customer service, it's 5 stars, for sure. If I could split it and give 4.5 stars, that's what I would go with.

One of the bra cups at first would fold over inside the suit and now it is falling out! Upon examination the seam beside the cup was not attached to the side of the suit at all. After speaking to the manager I was told nothing could be done since I use the suit about twice a week. Very poor value and service for the price.

Went on holidays and after having worn the bathing suit twice noticed the top fabric was fraying and pilling. Returned to the store after our holidays and showed an older lady, owner, I believe, the defective bathing suit. She was abusive, rude, and condescending, insinuating I was at fault. The bathing suit was not inexpensive and I was not interested in getting the same brand replacement top as I was worried the same thing would occur as soon as I swam again. This woman told me after I relayed my concerns, if it did happen again they would not stand behind their merchandise. This woman left me no other alternative and told me," I should not shop there if I could not afford it and told me they do not like customers like me. Said they do not warranty anything in the store. She was very very abusive in front of a number of customers, shouting at me as I left the store. Truly unbelievable, I will not return.

Ashley the manager blurts out that Maui burnt down, and there is nothing left. I tried to explain that the fire was on the other side of the island, and the Wailea store was fine. She then lets out a rant that she hates Maui anyway. I questioned her "island spirit" as this is Tommy Bahama. I was told to shut up or get out of the store. Really amazing customer service Ashley. Don't worry, you won't see me in the store as long as you are employed there.

Daughter loves this place...the coolest clothing store for teenagers I guess. Prices were better…read morethen expected and the sales were pretty awesome. A teenager can easily find some good sales to satisfy their clothes shopping needs. The great thing about the Garage clothing store is they have many in Calgary...so exchanging items isn't a big deal when you live across town. The best part of being a parent was that they had a iPhone charging station with comfy chairs all over the store....how awesome is that? My phone died sending photos of my daughter with different outfits....but....surprise... they had a charging station all setup...just for that occasion. Whoever thought of that idea is a genius! Overall a great shopping experience for a dad that hates clothes shopping and a teen daughter that likes to try every piece of clothing in the store.
