The staff is friendly, but not over bearing. The location is right near the middle of Chinook mall. Each time I have been here, there was some type of promotion, or sale- but they rarely have proper signage to let people know. For example - they had signs up for a fragrance GWP, but nothing in the cosmetics section for the buy 2 get 2 free promo . I know that would increase sales !! Went to Bratopia for the first time and learned that I have been wearing bras that are much too large my entire adult life!! Turns out under-wire bras are NOT insanely uncomfortable when fitted correctly. I loved everything about my shopping experience here: the warm welcome from the reception staff, Katerina - the very knowledgeable, kind and patient expert who fitted me - was exceptional at her job, the Bratopia selection was incredible with high quality undergarments in a wide variety of price points. I have wasted years wearing ill-fitting undergarments. From now on, I will not shop anywhere else. Could I find cheaper options at the big box stores? Maybe. But that's where I've dropped my dollars over the past few decades and nothing ever fit this perfectly or was this comfortable. Ever. Highly recommend!

It's quite girlie so may not interest some but it's definitely fun to check it out. From yoga pants, hoodies, sweats, bras, panties, backpacks, socks to lotions and scents there is something in here for every woman. After dropping hints in the past I admittedly have a few items from the store and the first time I brought my daughter here she was in love. Thankfully she is not quite old enough yet to fit into any of the items in this store since some items can be a little pricey. Nonetheless we both like to wander through once in a while ogling all the cool stuff. Their online selection is bigger then what is in store but either way it's fun to wander in and look around.

So my only choice is to get dark navy blue cloths and improvise. I came to Ricki's and at first glance, I didn't see what I needed. After talking to the sales person, who was super helpful and helped me find a pair of pants. Yes, that worked. Now, I just need to hunt for a top. Great service! The store, Ricki's is always clean and neatly organized. They periodically have items on sale. Great store. I ended up signing up for their membership card. The store is located inside Core Mall downtown.

She not only gave me great suggestions but she also brought me a great selection to try on. The other gal in the change room with her also gave a suggestion to try as well. Never making me feel bad for what would have to be hung back up later. It was with her help I left with a very well fitting bathing suit and two bras that fit great and are so comfortable. These had my attention! So cute! Once you walk inside greeted by smiley staff, you realize how beautiful everything that they carry is. Styles are up to date and there is so much selection! So much colour! So many bathing suits! Who knew? I knew that the lingerie was a staple here but over the years I had completely moved on to Victoria's Secret. Not sure why that is and I know for a fact that I will be back to this store for some other things. Chelsea was a pro helping me out with anything I needed in the change room and found me some terrific pyjama pants on sale in my size. In addition to my new-found fave bathing suit! Super friendly, super patient Chelsea was and made the sale! Even if this is not your normal shop for this type of ladies wear, it is worth taking a look!

They've not only got regular sized clothing, but they also carry petite sizing and they are conveniently located in a number of malls throughout the city. The quality of clothes at Ricki's/Cleo is reasonable and the prices are as well. I often stop over when I'm looking for work clothes that wont break the bank. Overall, they've got a great selection, great sizing, great service and great prices. Definitely worthy of a pit-stop in the midst of a shopping spree.

But this particular Penningtons makes shopping a much more relaxing time. You walk in and a weight is automatically lifted off your shoulders. As soon as you walk in you experience a judgement free zone. These ladies are super awesome and KNOW what they are talking about. The dreaded bra fitting. Oh boy. this is my least favorite part of being a lady. And its such a pain for me to try and find anything that fits or doesn't "squeak" after one time wearing it. I come in here and the ladies A) know how to fit you properly!! B) will go out of their way to find you the size that you need. When I walk in there they remember me, they pretty much know what I need. Most of the times its bras or dresses. The prices are good and even better if you're a member. Just a tip become a member, you get some wicked coupons with savings of 50% your purchase sometimes how can you beat that?!
