Plan to arrive much earlier than you normally would because you truly never know how long things will take. Communication can also be frustrating if you don't speak Spanish. Many staff members speak limited English, and the ones who do aren't always the most welcoming. This airport seriously needs better structure, clearer signage, and take a course on hospitality. If you can, avoid at all costs!!

She directed me to customer service who told me to call a phone number in order to get a refund. When I finally got in touch with the appropriate person via email, they did not give me the refund for the missed flight that their employee made me miss and only for the bag. Needless to say, I won't travel on EasyJet again and I do a lot of international travel. Terrible service and they do not care about customers.

So I signed up and was suprised you don't pay until you arrive for pick up and they got me the Audi A1 model of sport hatchback that I asked for as they are rare in the states but am familiar with Audis an it for great mileage and held all the luggage easily. The car has some dings for sure but the parking is so tight in Spain in both small towns and cities that it's common. The car was ready and clean with a full tank and no cigarettes odor. They provided maps and the pick up process was quick at the near airport location in Malaga. The return was also quick and they email you the bill (and contract upon arrival), so far no extra charges ! Some people get camera speeding tickets that get charged through the rental company a this is the system for all Spain with a $40 administration fee from the rental car is also standard. (Camera sections have signs alerting you but if you are viewing the scenery an focused on the winding roads you can miss them). I got my International Drivers Permit from AAA for $20, which you will not find the requirement for in most of the Spain website but police will ask for it and you can get an additional ticket if you are a Non EU citizen. One of the main reasons for de ring from Malaga car was their insurance is included and much more reasonable in cost that almost all the others! I would definitely use Malaga Car again, especially the location near city center and not but 15 minutes from the airport! Enjoy Espana! Note: alway take a full video of rental car condition of exterior upon pick up to avoid any issues!

Poor man serving us was working his fingers to the bone and highly stressed. Car was dirty. Convertible roof didn't work for 3 of the 7 days. They refused to reimburse any of my payment. Sent about 5 emails before they replied. Disgusting attitude. Will never use this company ever again. Centauro have always been good. We'll go back to them in future.

They did not rectify the matter and charged us a second time for tickets they said we never booked. They even charged us more because we were at the airport and did not make the 2nd reservation online. We are having to pursue the matter with our credit card. It was disheartening and ruined our trip as who wants to be inconvenienced and hassled by an airline. I would avoid this airline if possible, by using another option (or take the train).

Every single person I talked to has been rude, inattentive and unhelpful. Air Europa employees raised their voices, offered me to be quiet and tried to get me off the phone. No one ever called me to provide lost luggage claim updates. No one offered or tried to get in touch with Air France that we flew from LAX to Paris with! Complete lack of professionalism, unacceptable customer service and just inexcusable bad attitude. No cost savings are worth such treatment. I will make sure that my family and I and any others whom I'll share my Air Europa experience with will ever fly your airline. Shame on you! Thanks for nothing! UPDATE: My husband took time while in Paris to drive to Charles de Gaulle's airport and has found one of the missing bags. Which means Air Europa didn't even TRY to look for it... Close to shopping, the mercado, and not too long of a walk to the beach. Also close to many wonderful restaurants, some of which are touristy (ok, probably many more than some), but many of which aren't either. We were very comfortable and were happy to have a little kitchenette, and be able to do our laundry. The host, Luchi, was very gracious and very helpful (my bag was lost thanks to Vueling airlines). She helped call to figure out how to get it back since we were not able to do that. Would definitely stay there again.

Having had one bad experience with this Malaga Airport service where I was left waiting at the…read moreairport for 1 hour awaiting pickup, I decided to give them one more chance...BIG MISTAKE. The whole point of booking a car service is you expect it to be reliable and on time. This time it was an afternoon pickup at home for an airport drop off. I was informed by text 20 minutes before pickup that car would be 2 minutes late. At pickup time I was informed by text that car would be 20 minutes late due to traffic. The car ended up being almost 30 minutes late. The dispatcher on text said there was nothing to be done to avoid this. The driver seemed unhappy on arrival. No "Hello" and no apology. When we asked when he received the booking details he said yesterday. When we asked why he didn't leave extra time for the traffic he said "it wasn't his problem, talk to the boss". When we said we were disappointed with that answer he literally pulled over and put us out of the car with our luggage and drove off leaving us on the sidewalk. This was less than 5 minutes after pickup. I immediately cancelled my return pick up with them. Thankfully I hadn't prepaid for the service. I have never had anything like this experience before, we were both pretty shocked. The dispatcher texted asking where the driver was and I text him that he had left us on the sidewalk. We had one attempted dropped call from him and then...nothing. No follow up, no apology, nothing. We had to call a local cab to get to the airport 90 minutes later than planned. The local Malaga Airport contractor used by Airport Taxi Transfers is CHARLEY TRANSFER. Based on this experience and the previous one, I would never recommend these cowboys to anyone. Totally unreliable, disrespectful and uninterested. Unfortunately this also reflects incredibly poorly on Airports Taxi Transfers that they use such poor operators.
