If I had a choice, I would give this zero stars. My luggage has been lost for over 12 hours now. I have been trying to reach a live person at TAP all day after a long flight traveling with 11 people. No luck! The hotel has been trying for us, no luck! I decided to post this on Facebook and finally someone replied. Over 4 hours and all I got was " we are working on it and will be in touch." Is this a joke? At the airport I was told " we are too busy. Luggages get lost all the time. We are busy helping others. " am I not a paying customer? Not only that but we are a family of 11! Here is a tip, fix ur act or you will go under! Hire people that know what they are doing and don't bother putting barcodes on luggages if you don't actually scan them or do anything with them! Ruined an entire day and tomorrow I will have to go search for clothing, shoes, and eye center for glasses. Thank you TAP! read more
