It's part of a really good hostel which offers cheap dinners and breakfasts and Happy Hour drinks on the roof terrace. For us older folk the Suites provide lovely well designed rooms, some with balconies, and lovely bathrooms. How quiet they are depends on the other guests and at time of writing there's a very noisy group through the wall. That said the price is very good value for the quality of the room and is a very good option for a comfortable and cheap place to stay in Malaga.

It's easy to get to the Hostel - bus stop and train station (to the airport) are nearby. The People at the reception were very friendly and gave me some good tipps what to visit in Malaga... The bedroom is really small, but functional, the only thing I missed was a cupboard (you can put your things into the drawer under the bed) and there is no place to put your suitcase. The aircondition in the rooms is also great (and useful during the hot summer in spain). The whole hostel has free wifi, which I used a lot, a kitchen (with fridges where you can put your food) and there are some events every day (for example 'tapas tour', free sangria in the evening, and you can also book dinner...). The breakfast was also ok for the price: coffee, juices, cornflakes & cereals, toast with margarine, nutella and jam... There are toilets (mixed use) on every floor and a seperate bathroom for men and women on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The rooftop-terrace is the highlight in my opinion (nice shadowy places, bar, and you can smoke there...). If I go back to Malaga sometime I would stay there again!

The room and facility was clean. The have a continental buffet style breakfast in the morning that we trued one morning and it's was very good. Wi-Fi access was excellent. I lived the vibrant colors throughout the hotel, it has a bright and happy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a new (built in 2007) modern looking clean station with many shops and restaurants on the…read moresecond floor. It's located right next to Malaga main bus station. Later we learned on a rainy day there'd an underground pass linking the these two day trip transportation hubs. Taxi stand is right outside. Cab fare to our AC hotel was 6-8e. The second day after our arrival we walked safely and leisurely here in 20 minutes to catch an early morning train to Ronda for a day trip. Then a day trip to Granada the next day and finally took bus to Marbella after having breakfast here. We spent our last night here eating fast food because of the pouring rain outside. Took cab back to hotel after a long tiring day. It was a big part of our Malaga stay.

Rented a bike from Malaga Bike today- excellent, efficient service…read more Rented a hybrid bike which was perfect for bike path and the sometimes-rough roads. They were helpful giving directions and advice on where to ride. Was a great way to spend an afternoon in Malaga.

The shuttle to the airport was only 5 Euros per person & when we got to the lobby a couple minutes before we scheduled to leave, the driver was already there waiting on us. *Just make sure you schedule your ride the night before (I think the cut off time is like 9:30pm to schedule?)*. For the look & feel of the hotel & great service, we had a very well-priced room (54 Euros including tax), but I understood why it was on the cheap side once we got there. We came off a cruise and needed to stay for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. The whole way from the cruise port, our taxi driver kept insisting that we let her drive us around town to take a tour, since she said nothing was by the hotel. We thought she was just trying to sell us on a higher fare & declined, thinking we would walk around a bit once we arrived. Well, turns out, she was telling the truth. The hotel is located in an industrial area quite a ways away from anything worth walking to. Only warehouses & strip clubs were nearby (the hotel is actually directly next door to a strip club). Anyhoo, with only a 5 minute ride to the airport, a restaurant with delicious food (although a bit pricey), a beautiful rooftop pool/bar/lounge area & even a casino downstairs, we weren't complaining. If you're looking for a close stay to the airport with modern amenities, this is your spot! If you want to explore Málaga on foot, well, you'll probably want to go elsewhere.

Staying at the hotel with 3 rooms. Arrived at solemo bar told no service at 5:45. Lots of…read moreavailable tables. Told that all the tables were reserved. I think they thought we were not hotel guests. Once we told them that we were hotel guests they told us that the bar closes at 6 on Saturday. We had been there on Friday and it had closed at 7. We were able to get served on the beach chairs beside the solermo bar but we felt that we were getting a favour from the bar staff. Quite unfortunate given that we have 3 rooms at the hotel for 4 days. Subsequent to the bad service I was able to talk to the GM about this incident He was very apologetic and very understanding I was impressed by the recovery of a bad service incident
