There was gooey puddy slapped on as finishing touches which looked unprofessional. Everytime it rains there is a standing puddle of water sitting on the porch in which Delroy and his brother agreed to come fix, to which they never returned to correct the job after months of chasing. The water should have a way to drain from the porch not sit and collect. Very disappointed in the work would not recommend.

The main reason we hired him was because of a wet spot on the molding on one of the windows. He completed the roof and then removed the siding to seal around the two windows. With the siding removed, he determined that sealing the windows was impossible for a reason that I didn't understand. Needless to say, the first rainstorm there was major leaking around the window that did not leak before the roofing job. I called Jim who was supposed to be out before noon on Thursday but he never showed up. I called him about four times and left messages with no response. Then the next day he called me and said that sealing around the windows was not part of the job that he had agreed to. So much for customer service! Dan came out the next day to size up the job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about what Jeff was looking to have done. The patio door was ordered and came in approximately 3 weeks later. Dan and his crew were able to come out to do the job within a couple of days and completed the job in a day and a half just like he promised. They cleaned up and the installation went smoothly.
