Only sprayed foam on coil and rinsed. For $350 any one can spray foam on the coils. Sorry but will not be using this company ever again. Also was told it would take 3-4 hours to solder a piece together. Also the tech was over an hour late outside the time I was told they would arrive. Update: service manager reached out, heard my concerns and will address them. Hopefully they will communicate better in the future. Also explained the process much better than the tech for the repair that was needed. Still will be using a different company moving forward.

Five Stars Are Not Enough!…read more Dan and his team are beyond great. Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. I used American Air after they were referred to me be an HVAC guy who couldn't get to my job in a reasonable amount of time. I was a little suspicious that American Air was available when others weren't, but it turns out that Dan, after years of working for someone else in town, had just gone out on his own and started his own business. Last summer I bought 2 houses and tore them down to the studs and rebuilt them at the same time. Between the 2 houses I had at least 11 contractors and subs on the job. Dan and his guys were like a breath of fresh air. He came when he said he would, he rolled with the changing timeline of the project, he took over when the guy a the gas company was confusing me about what he thought I needed, he had everything he needed when he arrived, and he finished on time and on budget. But that's the basic stuff. Frankly, that's what I expect from any contractor. Where American Air really shines is the other stuff. When I told Dan what I wanted he RESPECTFULLY talked to me about my choice and explained the limitations of the system. I can't tell you how tired you become of men telling you what you want instead of listening to you! His guys were great. They were friendly, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves and took great care not to damage the new wood floors. Most importantly Dan called me 6 months after the install to see how the unit preformed. I bought a unit that doesn't preform well below 5 degrees, and this winter we spent considerable time in that range. When I told him that it had preformed exactly as expected. I had just gone out and bought a space heater to supplement. He told me he had been worried about me and had already contacted the manufacturer and talked them into upgrading the mother board in the unit for free. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! I recently referred American Air to some friends. They had already heard of him but were hesitant because he hadn't been in business for as long as some of the other companies. If you have any hesitation, don't. This is a solid business that's not going anywhere. And you couldn't ask for a nicer or more professional group of guys.

In January 2025 we hired B & E Construction Home Repair & Remodel to renovate two bathrooms in our…read more101-year-old craftsman in Walla Walla. Ely listened to our design plans and made suggestions to improve and refine the completed project. He coordinated other contractors to complete plumbing and more complicated electrical work, so we didn't have to fret over finding other professionals. He removed the old dysfunctional showers, drywall, lath and mortar. With the studs exposed he examined the condition of the framing and, where needed, added new lumber to support the 100-year-old studs, used waterproofing materials to prevent future water damage, and reinforced the subflooring for the new shower. Then he placed new drywall and used a laser to guide plaster application to level the walls...a necessity in a century-old building. Afterwards, he placed the imported Italian tiles with exacting precision. Once the tilework was completed Ely installed the shower basin that he ordered custom-made. Once that was completed, he installed the ceiling-mounted commercial hospital grade track for the shower curtain, new electrical outlet, ceiling fan and lighting (in addition to lighting in four other areas of the house) and venting. As you can see, Ely's masterful craftsmanship, attention to detail and high professional standards have resulted in a spectacular new bathroom; and the second bathroom is just as awesome. We have more renovation projects planned in the near future and B & E Construction is the only company we would trust to complete them. In short, Ely was always punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
