I had to pay to fix the central heating unit because, they do not have anyone to fix anything on…read moreweekends. It was 30 degrees and snowing. I did not get a reimbursement nor was I allowed to take it off of the next months rent. I was charged for my service animal and for what the previous renters left behind. The property manager knew the previous tenants left said items but still charged me. These people also charged me for the yard, 2 weeks after I turned the key in. Even though I have pictures of the yard the day I turned the key in. I requested for over a week, twice, for a walk through before I turned the key in. I had to turn the key in without a walk through because they were going to charge me for another month if I didn't. The company's owners son came to the house, when the water pipe in the kitchen busted, cussed me in front of my children, then, said he didn't. I have it all on video. The owner came to the house the same day and was incredibly rude to me, my mother and one of my children. When I asked for all of my deposit, including the money I paid for my service animal (they illegally charged me), they ignored me. I hope no one ever has to deal with this company.
