I signed a lease, but the unit was not even livable when I arrived: broken lock, wrong keys, severe roach infestation, and unsanitary conditions. I never moved in properly and had to stay elsewhere for safety reasons. Despite this, they refused to refund the rent or my security deposit. I've emailed, texted... still no response. I'm now having to involve a lawyer. This company seems to count on people not fighting back. Be careful, I would absolutely not recommend doing business here.
