Well I thought this was a great place until they absolutely let me and my expecting wife down. We signed up as a new patient in March and here we are in May getting a letter that says they've discontinued OB practices conveniently during our due date window. The letter says " after thoughtful consideration" so you mean you planned to do this the entire time? I find it hard to believe that you came up with this drastic business decision in less than two months so why would you accept new patients if you knew this was the outcome for us? Just another reason to take as much money as humanly possible from first time parents. And now we're being passed around like paperwork to see which doctor will take us...they took forever scheduling our appointments so we are not having our anatomy scan until 25 weeks through the pregnancy, which is a whole lot late according to everything online. This entire experience has been a complete disappointment and I would recommend that anyone be very careful when considering this practice for your medical needs. They only have their best interests in mind not yours and they will do whatever they can to avoid anytime of ownership. Not even a phone call or an email, literally a letter in the mail. You do not care about your patients and we will 100% never use you for any medical services in the future. Except for the ones you've already made us pay for of course. And now instead of facing us like a honorable practice they have blocked me from messaging them and making public comments on their social media reviews. DO NOT GO HERE read more

I chose Swor Women's Care for my twin pregnancy, and it was truly the best decision I could have made. Every member of the team--from the front desk to my OB/GYN, Dr. Casey Johnson--helped make a more challenging pregnancy feel far easier than I ever expected. Dr. Johnson was both professional and personable. He guided me through the unique expectations of a twin birth with clear communication, while still honoring and adapting my birth plan as much as possible. When unforeseen complications arose, my husband and I were beyond grateful to have him overseeing my care. His passion for what he does is unmistakable. I cannot recommend this incredible team enough. I look forward to continuing to rely on their support and services for any future pregnancies and care needs. read more

They answer their phone 1 out of 10 times during office hours. When you're a pregnant mom needing visits frequently it's very difficult to be in touch with them. They force the use of their patient portal on a level. Dr. Jaime (the young guy) was new to the practice and I did my best to assume the best. He repeatedly would dismiss my opinions and questions and told me I was foolish for doing my Iv therapy and that nobody in there remind me to do that. I informed him that's a strong opinion for something that helped me the entire purchase pregnancy I had stay hydrated. I dreaded every visit where I was scheduled with him and the last experience was me asking him NOT to perform a membrane sweep but to give a Bishops score. He proceeded to tell me he was checking my cervic (which is a part of the Bishop score) and then he proceeded to do a membrane sweep which risk my water breaking when I was already passed due, and it was something I had specifically asked them not to do. I felt extremely violated and was crying hysterically and luckily, my husband was with me and was able to go back into the office and have a talk with her office manager. They did their best but it was still pretty mortifying and not something that will allow me to return to the practice. Even the women there are phenomenal doctors it's not worth it to be in that practice for me when my opinions weren't just ignored but I ended up feeling physically violated. I was really looking forward to becoming a patient at Swor Women's Care because of the great reviews about the doctor. However, my experience with the front office staff was absolutely terrible, to the point that I will never step foot in this office or recommend it to anyone. I originally called in October 2024 to schedule an appointment. I was told that the doctor wasn't available until February 2025, so I asked if I could see a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) instead. They scheduled me for December, which I was willing to wait for. However, something came up, and I had to reschedule. My new appointment was set for February 14, 2025--already four months after my original call. Then, just days before my appointment, I received a call saying they needed to reschedule again--this time pushing me back to April, another two-month delay. At this point, I was extremely frustrated because I had already waited so long. When I expressed my frustration to the front desk, the response was completely cold and dismissive, as if they didn't care at all about my concerns. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and instead of actually helping me, they transferred me to a voicemail. When I called back, another staff member (who was much nicer) picked up, but I was already so upset. Since I naturally speak loudly, my voice gets even louder when I'm upset--but I was not yelling at anyone. I was just passionately expressing how upset I was. I then asked if they had a cancellation list so I could be seen sooner. The response? "Oh, yes, we do." So I asked, "Why wasn't I offered this in the first place?" The staff had no real answer. Instead, they put me on hold without saying anything. When the office manager, Chrissy, got on the phone, she was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening to my concerns, she immediately told me I was yelling and refused to have a conversation with me. Even when I actively lowered my voice and tried to explain my frustration, she continued to talk over me, dismissed everything I said, and then hung up on me. It was clear that she didn't actually care about resolving the issue--she just wanted to shut me down and get me off the phone. What's worse, during my call with the second staff member, Chrissy was coaching her from the background, telling her what to say instead of stepping in as a professional and handling the situation herself. I have worked in hospitals and doctor's offices for nearly 30 years, and I know how a front office should operate. This was one of the worst, most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. They did absolutely nothing to help me get an appointment sooner or accommodate my situation, despite the months of waiting and multiple reschedules. The complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service was shocking. It's truly unfortunate because I've heard great things about the doctor, but the front office staff completely ruins the practice. If this is how they treat potential patients before even stepping foot in the office, I can't imagine how they treat existing patients who rely on them for care. I will never go to this office, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The front office staff and management make it an absolute nightmare to deal with. If you're looking for a GYN, do yourself a favor and find another practice where the staff actually cares about their patients. read more

My ongoing experience with this doctor's office has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable--especially when it involves something as serious as medical care. For several weeks, I've been trying to have my lab work and medical records sent to a well-known, established medical center for a second opinion. I was repeatedly told by this office that the information had been sent, only to be informed at the last minute--days before my appointment--that they were "unable to reach" the receiving center. This is simply not true. The other center has been easy to contact and extremely cooperative throughout. The breakdown is entirely on this office's end. In addition to this, they have already mishandled a prescription, are nearly impossible to reach by phone, do not respond to messages in a timely manner (if at all), and seem completely uncoordinated internally. It's clear there are serious issues with communication, organization, and follow-through here. This lack of competence has put me in a stressful and vulnerable position right before an important medical appointment, and it's actively interfering with my ability to get timely, potentially life-altering second opinions. I urge anyone considering this office to proceed with caution, especially if your care involves time-sensitive diagnostics or coordination with outside specialists. read more

Can never get ahold of anyone here. Ive mentioned multiple times my pt portal will not let me connect and see my results and havnt heard back ever! Ive called 3 times. Working in the dental field for 10 years their phone system is absolutely the laziest by far. No one answers the phone no one ever calls back. When you finally make it in for your appointment youre greeted by the front desk like youre annoying, very unprofessional. The dr was helpful but it doesn't matter how great a dr is if his staff is subpar. Im still having extreme pain and cant get anyone in this office to call back. What a nightmare. Unless the staff knows you they dont care at all wether they call you back or set up an appointment or not. Looking for a new OBGYN office. why are Google reviews completely different then on yelp? The staff is still super sweet, but I gave up in telling the doctor the issues I have. I have brought up hormone issues a few times in the past, and she just brings up birth control, even when I've said that makes things worse. I've decided I'm going to find an obgyn, that Listens too me, and doesn't just write me off quickly with the whole birth control answer. Because that's all I ever get. To not even recommend blood work, or to figure out my hormone issues, was just disappointing. Again staff is always friendly and sweet, but the doctor I need is a doctor that listens, and doesn't brush off my concerns. Even my last visit I didn't bother bringing up the hormone issue, because birth control and different brands, would have been brought up again. read more

Called to ask a question that an office team member could not answer, repeat multiple time without an answer, suddenly the phone went on silence, no idea whether she muted it or put on hold, but she did not tell me. Love going there, i refer my mom, and now my sister, but if the front office does not have an answer, she could tell me that she will try out to make sure her info is correct. But instead, she said she is new and repeatedly response the same answer which was not the answer to my question. I was extremely excited to meet Dr.Kash after doing some research and finding out that she takes a holistic approach to care. Unfortunately, it's the office staff, and lack of professionalism, that pushed me to cancel my appointment. All of the negative reviews that you're reading on here are spot on! I did not want to believe this was the case, until I experienced it for myself first hand. My upcoming visit was scheduled for later on this week, and I needed to ensure I would be able to get a specific test done at my visit, otherwise, the visit would be a waste of my time. I called their office two weeks ago, and received an automative service that prompted me to leave a voicemail; this is extremely unprofessional, in my opinion, as the office should have representatives in-office that are able to answer my phone call as soon as it comes in (even if I need to wait on hold for 10+ minutes), or offer a callback option for them to reach back out later the same day. I left a voicemail, two weeks passed, and I still have not received a call back. To my surprise though, I received a call on Friday and Monday to confirm my appt, and ask who my current OBGYN is, but nothing regarding the voicemail I left about specific testing for my upcoming visit. After this experience, I had no choice but to cancel my new patient visit since this experience really set the tone for how things would be moving forward, if I became a permanent patient at this practice. read more

They sent all of my maternity blood work to a lab out of my insurance's network without informing me or asking me for approval. Now my insurance has set me several bills because they are refusing to cover it, and SWOR does not answer any of my phone calls or return any of my messages. I would absolutely not recommend them for maternity care and wish I had chosen a different office. I have been a patient for 5 years and that means nothing to them. read more

Wow I can not believe I am reading any negative reviews! I have seen Dr. Lichon for both pregnancies and female care. I can-not speak highly enough about my experience. This is the first time in my adult life that I have felt truly cared for by a traditional western doctor. I wish she could be my primary care doctor also so I never have to go anywhere else. Also UNPLEASANT. They provided me with INCORRECT information and they lack follow up. After posting a one star review on another platform they then mailed me a letter stating I am not a fit for them and they cannot serve me anymore. Relocated from a different state and was referred to Swor to swap out my Nexplanon. First, they took a month to return my calls. They never answer the phone, even during their "office hours" listed on their auto message. This is a very easy, basic procedure and taking a month to follow up on an inquiry is unacceptable. Second, when they did finally call me back, I was assured I could have this done with them. I scheduled, confirmed with scheduler the date and asked multiple times if they needed my insurance to order the Nexplanon. I was assured multiple times that yes, indeed, I could have this done same day and that it wasn't an issue, that "we have them here" by the receptionist. The day before this appt approached and I called to inquire, as I had received ZERO confirmation via phone, text or email from the office. Of course, despite calling during Swor's "office hours" I got the answering machine and was forced to leave a message. They did not return my call until two hours before my appt the next day, and told me I "needed to come in for the consult so we can order the Nexplanon." So despite asking multiple times and trying to confirm, the very thing I tried to avoid happened. And they did not inform me of this until 2 hours before the appointment I had been waiting for. I've worked in multiple small medical offices and this kind of "service" is simply unacceptable. If the receptionists have no idea what they're speaking about, they shouldn't be promising patients services that can't be delivered. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend. read more

I have an amazing medical team that operates from a holistic approach. One of my medical providers highly recommended Dr. Kelly-Anne Kash-Shedd. I had been looking for a GYN with a holistic approach. My experience has been disappointing. I went in from the start with a specific concern which required a biopsy. This was known from the time I booked my appointment. It should have been done the day of my initial appointment after the new patient stuff was dealt with. No. I was required to set another appointment. Dr. "Kash" also wanted to do a pap. It should have been done on the first appointment or the second appointment before the biopsy. No. I was asked to set another appointment. Mind you, each time I have to go in for an appointment there is another co-pay and more money to collect from the insurance co. Not right. At the check out for the second appointment, the office staff had some trouble understanding when, why, and how to book me for a pap. The check out gal didn't get up and ask the DR for clarification, she said they would call me back. That was a YEAR ago- no call. Yesterday, I received a text message from SWOR telling me that it was time for my annual. I replied STOP. Today I got an email saying the same thing. It is a NO REPLY email so I couldn't respond to tell them I am not interested in using their services again. The email said I had to call to unsubscribe. HA! No phone number in the email, had to google it. Called the office and got their ridiculously frustrating phone system. I entered my date of birth, it was repeated back to me and then the automated attendant said that SWOR doesn't have a patient with my birthdate. I got stuck in a loop and there was ZERO way to leave a vmail or get a live human being on the phone. Additionally, I will say that there was no holistic approach whatsoever. Dr.s that treat holistically ASK you really good questions and get to know you, especially on your first appointment. That did not happen. They don't rely on the intake forms alone. I did not feel seen. I was a number. My medical team is no longer referring to this practice because of my experience and what other's have told them their experience has been. read more

I was seen by Dr. SWOR for endometriosis and adenomyosis. After a diagnostic ultrasound he scheduled a hysterectomy with endo excision and lysis of adhesions from a prior surgery. While in surgery Dr. SWOR also removed a permanent stitch from my abdomen that had left me with bowel tissue adhered and a slight disfiguration. I was very happy with my follow up care regarding any concerns post op. My surgery went well and I've had improved quality of life since fixing these issues that had previously left me unable to work or live in general. read more

They confirmed I had a miscarriage and after 10 weeks of heavy bleeding they refused to see me. I was going through a super tampon every hour after TEN WEEKS. And they said the soonest I could see them was two months later. When I pushed back they told me to go to the emergency room. There was no need for that. They do not care about their patients, I would not recommend this practice to even my worst enemy. When I said I didn't think the emergency room was warranted since I'm fine outside of the bleeding, they refused to take an appointment. read more

I have to call the office to schedule an appointment on my breaks. So when they call back, I'm always at work & unable to answer the call. My phone tag record with this office is 6 times. I've brought it to the attention of the front office & was quickly dismissed, told that they are "very busy". I work in healthcare, I call doctors all day long. I rarely ever endure this type of customer service. Or lack there of. First of all, does anyone really want to go to the gynecologist?? Well, I didn't as it has been a while so I was quite reluctant to go.. After reviewing many doctors I noticed that Swor women's health had great reviews and even better when I noticed that one of their doctors, Dr. Jenny Lichon has the same approach to health and wellness as I do... yes, I snooped around on Facebook and social media to figure this out.. Let me tell you as a nervous patient, I was more than comforted by her assistant Marissa and the bedside manor of Dr. Lichon. Dr. Lichon was so sweet and gentle and sensitive she felt like one of my trusted friends. I asked her many questions and knew instantly that I would be a patient of hers for as long as I could. Not only were she and Marissa the most pleasant and profesional duo, their office staff was also extremely top notch! Their office is clean, elegant and pleasant and very prompt. To say I recommend this office and Dr. Lichon would be a true understatement. Now I'm not in the least bit concerned to put my pink robe on and get comfortable for the next time! Up until today, I would have rated this office a little higher because my treatment by April the midwife and Dr Kash (seen twice my entire pregnancy) was professional and good care. I want to make sure anyone thinks twice before coming here. We paid About $3500 upfront to be seen for my entire pregnancy with Dr Kash. A couple months in we began having problems. We had issues with incorrect billing (they did take care of it after a long discussion), Messages being unreturned/ returned in a non efficient manner. The receptionist was not giving the nurses my messages when I was ill and needed medicine. The same receptionist (Jenny) had quite the attitude with me when I called about a medicine to find out if I could take it while pregnant and hung up on me during that call because she thought I should have checked my packet that didn't contain that information. (I would have switched doctors mid pregnancy but I was informed that my money was non refundable). Here was the last straw- we were scheduled for an induction of pregnancy- the big day all of this was leading up to- and were told to come to an appt first at 3 at Dr Kash office and that day bring our items for the hospital and eat between appt and hospital at 5pm. My fiancé had taken his 1 week leave from work and I had taken my 12 week leave from work starting the following day as advised by the office. We got there to be told no that date was changed- no one called you? That it was changed to 5pm the next day. I had been mentally preparing all day, my fiancé and I both missed out on a day with our son and a day of pay and their response was we are sorry, our mistake-essentially you're just out of luck. Nothing was done about it. The practice manager did come in and try to smooth it over and we were told it would be used as a learning experience for their staff. I HOPE they learn from that and it doesn't happen to anyone else. I should also mention if you choose this practice there is a 1 in 4 chance you will know who will deliver your baby. We found this out after we paid our large fee upfront so I got on board with it. We knew no one at our birth (we ended up with Dr Stevens and he was great ended up with a c section and I was up and about the following day recovering well so it worked out). I'd made it clear that after my follow up appointments we would be going somewhere else. A circumcision was scheduled for my son because my pediatrician does not do them and we didn't want to wait where it would be more painful. We were called today with less than 24 hours notice to tell us we are being discharged as a patient because we aren't happy with services. I can still go in and be seen for my 2 and 6 week appointment but after that they no longer want to see me. I asked for a refund of those visits since they don't want me as a patient and how am I supposed to feel comfortable in my care moving forward? My response was they don't issue refunds that they'd still see me. I am not the one that made mistake after mistake (office team is terrible at communication) or cost my patient time with their baby and income. Their office handled this incredibly wrong and pretty much told me I'm out of luck if I don't like it. If you do choose to go here, double and triple check with their office team and don't bother them by calling to ask a question. This was my first child and a terrible experience. I lost respect for Dr Kash when she had her head of billing call me to discharge me as a patient instead of finding out what the problem was within her practice to upset a patient enough to switch her care. I apparently will be receiving a certified letter showing they discharge me as a patient. Save yourself stress and go somewhere else. read more

I had an appointment scheduled and I had to cancel it because I had Covid. I called and rescheduled my appointment after I had completed my quarantine and was cleared by the department of health to go back to work. I had my documentation that I was cleared by the department of health and not to retest because you can still test positive for up to 90 days. This is recommended by the CDC. When I went to my appointment with all of my proper documentation they told me they would not see me without a negative Covid test. I explain to them that you can still test positive for 90 days. Even with all of the proper documentation from my doctor, the department of health, and the CDC, they refused to see me. They completely wasted my time after I took time off of work to come to this appointment. It doesn't make sense that a doctors office cannot follow the CDC guidelines and recommendations. read more

I had the MAJOR misfortune of being referred to Swors. I am a resident of California, however I have been in Florida many months due to COVID-19. I have been self-isolating so I chose not to risk traveling back to see my regular Dr. and contracting the virus. Lately I have had numerous health symptoms that have been very concerning to me. My concerns of my symptoms grew (especially in the last week), and I knew it was in the best interest of my health to be examined by a medical professional. I was referred to Swors by a highly respectable surgeon in Sarasota. I felt relieved as I would soon have answers ..unfortunately I was completely wrong. I felt like a piece of trash not even midway through my "appointment" with the medical "professional" Dr. Kash. The nurse Emily and Dr. Kash made me feel as though I was not worthy of good health care. I heard a minimum of five times between the two of them "this is a favor to the concierge doctor." Do you know how disgusting that is to hear from a medical "professional"? What I should have heard is "we understand your concerns, I'm glad we were able to get you in today so you can hopefully gain some clarity, insight, and comfort". They acted like they did me a favor, however the ONLY thing they did was put a check mark in the box that they "saw" me to keep their word with the concierge doctor. I had called Swors on 4-7-20 to discuss my appointment on 4-8-20. I was told they were VERY busy but they would "fit me in". I guess that was supposed to make me feel "special". When I called on 4-7-20 I also heavily voiced my concern about making sure I am able to receive my annual exam AND examine my symptoms and pain. I was told that the doctor would be able to perform both. HOWEVER, THE "CARE" THAT I DID RECEIVE WAS LITERALLY 15 SECONDS OF DR. KASH TOUCHING MY ABDOMEN AND THEN TRYING TO ESCAPE THE ROOM ASAP. SHE SPENT MOST OF HER TIME STROKING HER EGO WITH COMMENTS SUCH AS "IT TAKES 3 MONTHS TO GET IN A NEW PATIENT" (ODD CONSIDERING I WAS ABLE TO GET IN THE NEXT DAY WITH MULTIPLE TIME SLOTS, I COULD HAVE HEARD A PIN DROP IN THE WAITING ROOM, AND I WAS ALSO ABLE TO BE SCHEDULED IN FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TWO DAYS LATER HAD I WANTED IT) , "HER TIME IS FOR HER PREGNANT PATIENTS" (I GUESS MEANING MY CARE IS OF LESS IMPORTANCE OR ANY PATIENT THAT IS NOT PREGNANT), "THIS IS A FAVOR", AND "WE FIT YOU IN". In addition I was also told nothing else can be looked at today as health insurance will only cover one medical issue a day. I reminded Dr. Kash a minimum of three times that I am paying out of pocket so the insurance "regulation" does not apply. I was willing to pay whatever it took to get answers asap. Also, in addition to "being very busy" and "fitting me in"; I was given multiple times to choose from for a next day appointment which gave me the impression "maybe they aren't that busy". I also received a call from Swors the morning of the appointment asking me to change my appointment to 2:30 so that gave the impression again that Swors had a somewhat flexible/open schedule. Upon arrival the waiting room was completely empty, just as it as when I left. Also, upon arrive I was greeted by a receptionist, whom said "it had been busy but the last few days and today it is slow". Again, this gave the impression that it wasn't that difficult to fit me in and that I should be able to get the great medical care I was expecting and seeking. I WAS SO WRONG! I honestly KNEW I should have turned around and walked right out the door when the receptionist of a medical facility was not wearing a mask during a global pandemic. I was really VERY shocked by this...the person talking to all the clients, handling the paperwork, IDs, medical cards, etc. is not taking any of the precautions that have now been preached for weeks to assist in slowing the spread of COVID-19. The lack of professionalism, care for the patient, ego, and attitude at SWORS is beyond terrible. I would hope this was an isolated incident, but even if so....this shouldn't happen...EVER! read more

Worst GYN experience I've had in my entire life! Incredibly impersonal VERY personal experience. First of all, the Medical Assistant asked if I was alright having a student come in for my exam. I felt somewhat obliged to say "yes," which was my fault. A new patient should not be put in the position of having a student accompany the MD during an intimate exam. (REALLY... how many PAPs and breast exams must a student see to get the gist of it?!). Dr. KASH as she calls herself (stands for Kelly Anne Shedd Hartman), came in, introduced herself and her "shadow," and didn't even make eye contact with me. She asked me questions by rote and made very quick notes. She didn't seem inclined to respond with care nor attempt to build some kind of rapport before asking me to scoot down in the stirrups and stick the instrument inside me (without warning) for the PAP smear. Then she proceeded to give me a 2 second breast exam (which I didn't trust; I feel I need another more thorough exam from a different practitioner as a lump was felt 2 years ago - turned out to be benign, but besides the point). I bet if I walked in today, she wouldn't even recognize me. After leaving the office, I felt completely violated as I was treated as a "body" and not a person! read more

When I saw Dr. Swor, he was very nice. However, after finishing the exam the office girl immediately left the room and he was standing at my right side. He lifed up my shirt and pulled down the sheet to my knees and just stared at my body for what seemed like the longest time. I am so pleased that I discovered this practice. I just moved to Sarasota, and trying to find a good OB/GYN can be daunting. I read good reviews on Yelp, so I made an appointment. The office is centrally located, the building was nice and very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I loved Dr Swor! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, great bedside manner and very thorough. I never felt rushed, as so often one does in medicine today. I felt like I was his only patient all day, which I know is not true because it took awhile to get in to see him. I went to SWOR WOMENS CARE for a specific issue....very specific. I was seen by a brand new PA who insisted premarin was the answer to my problem. I told her I couldn't use it because of the cancer risk that runs in my family. While I was there, on my back, feet in the air (the ladies will understand) they insisted I needed more done....so they did said procedures....WITHOUT TELLING ME MY INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER SAID PROCEDURES. Point of story....ALWAY ask up front if your insurance pays for whatever procedures are being performed. I am very upset...I feel as if they totally took advantage of me. Will NEVER go back to SWOR WOMEN'S CARE. I would give SWOR WOMEN'S CARE a minus star if there was one. And the final insult....my very specific issue was never resolved. read more

I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience with Swor. I went in for a fully covered wellness exam months ago and received a bill from Quest Diagnostics for a significant lab test that I didn't request--nor had any of the symptoms for them to test. Additionally, I was never asked if I wanted to be tested for that. After many phone calls, Swor advised me that they had simply billed it under the wrong diagnoses code and that they'd rebill it. A few weeks ago, I received another bill from Quest--as my insurance did not agree to pay for a test that wasn't required. After another call to Swor, I was advised that they "cannot do anything about my current bill", but will let their staff know to communicate better in the future. It is apparent that their main goal is billing as many items as possible, without paying attention to what my health care needs actually are. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. read more

I am pretty picky about who I will see for gyn services. Dr Kash is AWESOME! Her MA Emily is fantastic too. I have been seeing them for about two years now and they are great every single time. I don't feel rushed, she is really listening, and the office is well run and on time. Highly recommend. The other reviewer wanting the doctor to know off the top of her head what procedures are covered by her individual insurance plan? Cmon. You want her to know medicine. Go talk to the biller or your insurance about the plan. read more

This is only the second review I have posted in my entire life! I felt compelled to write this one to warn other women to stay as far away from this office as possible. Here is the synopsis of my experience: I went for my annual exam--with no other problems or issues. Not only did I wait in the examination room for over an hour for my appointment (after sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes) without receiving any apology for the delay, and not only was I examined by an inexperienced medical student without the physician in the room and without my permission being sought, but I also was subjected to considerable discomfort because the physician, finally present in the room, allowed the unskilled student to insert the medical device for my pap test. Now, to add insult to injury, quite literally it seems, I just received my bill and it is THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT that I paid last year for the SAME SERVICES despite the fact that my insurance coverage has not changed. Needless to say, I will be disputing this bill. Also needless to say, I will never go back to Swor Women's Care. read more

I only became aware today that I could have written a review about my experience with SWOR Womans care. I saw the new location and came online to get the new address. I also went for a very specific reason and was treated with great care. I immediately felt at ease even although I had never had a male doctor before. The doctor and the staff were great and after I had my procedure the office staff called me every day for about a week to make sure everything was ok. I tell everyone that I know about this place and these lovely people. read more

I have been going to see Dr. Swor for almost a year now after seeing multiple doctors for my issue I HAD and no one could figure it out. I was referred to them from a friend, called them up and told them my story and I was in there within in days which I was shocked since I was a new patient. Within being there for less than 2 months I was scheduled for surgery and my issue was finally solved and my pain was GONE! The office staff is friendly and you don't feel rushed to get in and out. I love love love this office and drive over an hour away just to make sure I get the best treatment! read more
