I was in a crunch because I was planning to sell my car the next day. Seth responded. I told him what I wanted/ needed. He was able to come out the same day. It took about 2 1/2 hours. My car looked amazing after. I wish I would have taken photos but it started raining the next day. I'll definitely use Seth again.

The 2 was given because the person at the desk…read more- Destiny - was extremely rude and unpleasant with myself and other customers waiting with me. Destiny made comments such as, "I'm just done with all these people" and "I'm over all these people" when we asked when our vehicles would be completed. My understanding is the the one gentleman had been waiting over an hour and a half - two hours past the time he expected and she was mad he asked for an update? When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, she made an error in checking me out, so she told me I would not be charged for the addition. After I left - without notifying me - she charged my debit card the addiontional charges. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done. After her rude and unacceptable behavior and the way she talked about me, I will find another business establishment. I hate it for the employees that do the work. She ruined it for the us all.

He was also able to schedule me for an appointment very quickly. Unfortunately, my car sustained some mold and mildew from a leak. Cheverolet repaired it and recommended Motorcity Detailing to me. Right from the initial phone call up till picking up my car I felt comfortable with this company.  Dylan was concerned about me riding in a vehicle that contained mold. I had the cash so I inserted my cash into the machine and it was registered, however none of the wash mode selections worked, nor did the change return or the cancel process button. This was done intentionally by the owner so he could garner the cash payments. A number was posted to call or 256-203-4175 which was never answered after 4 attempts and now some 48 hours later still no owner response. This car wash is a RIPOFF -- SO STAY AWAY. Even though this number has a 256 area code the lookup claims that the owner lives in Lynchburg, VA. Double Bubble Car Wash on Jeff Road is a RIPOFF waiting to happen. Monrovia residents stay away. You have been warned.
