Driver (Robert) took off after being handsomely tipped to be careful and ignored all stop signs before leaving our subdivision. Driving was less than ideal and on the way home with our children, received a warning from an officer for not only going around a stopped vehicle but for wearing stereo headphones in both ears while driving. The owner, Tim, clearly not hearing my concerns (and slurring his words), chose to believe his driver and ignored us. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND WALK RATHER THAN RISK IT FOR $2.50 per mile plus tax and gratuity. I'd rate this ZERO stars if I could!

Smooth and safe drive despite all the construction on the Kennedy and we arrived on time. Driver helped unload and made sure we had everything. Sal was responsive and made sure the driver was there. Our flight was delayed but the driver was still there. Same charge and great driver with the car seats strapped in by the fire department.
