If you're at the point that you're considering ketamine to treat your anxiety or depression, do it. Or at least strongly consider it. You remember when most days weren't bad days? It's possible to get back to the good days. You may have tried countless medications, therapy, or whatever else you could think of without much success. This could be different. For ~70% of patients, even those with treatment resistant depression or anxiety, ketamine improves their symptoms. Do your own research, get as much confidence as you can, then give Tara a call. Yes, it's going to be weird. Do not drive yourself home. You will not be able to. The rideshare or ride from a friend is worth it. Bring headphones/music. I recommend Brian Eno's ambient albums, or look for ketamine playlists on sites like MAPS. It's worth your time to do some research into how make it a good experience. Tara is wonderful, and she does a great job of making you feel as comfortable as possible, given the strangeness of the situation. So I definitely wouldn't recommend this company or ndassesments they work together and neither one refunded my money so there's got to be money problems. Besides the lack of communication amongst them. I went to a variety of different counseling centers and never made it past the 3rd session, I do not like ridged, it has to be real. I met Stephanie, and It has been great, she taught me getting help is Wisdom, not weakness, she is as real as they come, inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She gives deep thought to every meeting, she is an open book and has really helped me. You will be blessed to meet her, and she will help you get to where you need to go.

These people are a terrible operation. The several therapist seen just wasted money, was no help at…read moreall. They billed my insurance $550 for each appointment. The absurdity of that amount! And to make matters worse, they delayed billing me for over a year and when they did send it to insurance, it was the wrong insurance because I had switched by then. So they sent me a couple bills of 1000+ dollars. Then I finally got them to correct the insurance billing and they sent out the statement and turned it into collections before I had a chance to even respond to pay it. I paid all statements that I received, but apparently they sent out a few that I never received and so they sent those over to collections without even a proper billing window after waiting a year to bill me. Avoid these people if you truly have mental health issues because otherwise they will drive you crazy.

okay, for starters I haven't been going here long but already hate it and will be looking else…read morewhere for getting help with my depression. they have a cancelation policy (like any other practice) and I adhere to that. my work schedule CONSTANTLY changes so if I get told short notice I have to go into work I go into work. I called 24/hrs (within their business hours) prior to my scheduled session and I STILL got charged a cancelation fee. so they expect us to follow their policies they don't even follow???? joke of a place. front desk staff/ schedulers are also rude and not the nicest. considering this is a place for people to turn too not the way to make people want to come back.

After scouring through the list of their therapists online and choosing one, they say "sorry that person does not see under 18"... UMmmm ok well who does? Then they give me only two options... I say ok that makes it easier to decide! Then I look for the name of the first person they give me and low an behold no bio for that person. I say "can you tell me anything about this person".... the receptionist has the audacity to say "you can Google her". Um... again.... the therapist had a common name and I could not believe they asked me to Google... This place is a joke and CLEARLY they do not care about someone's mental health. I too am a patient there.... I had one session and it went ok, but it just is not the warm and fuzzy vibe you would want from a therapy center. SOLID no for me!!
