They do follow covid_19 rules and regulations. They have these speakers in the hallway that plays smoothing sounds as a extra precautions to know that what you talk about in your session is kept private Because the rooms are so close. okay, for starters I haven't been going here long but already hate it and will be looking else…read morewhere for getting help with my depression. they have a cancelation policy (like any other practice) and I adhere to that. my work schedule CONSTANTLY changes so if I get told short notice I have to go into work I go into work. I called 24/hrs (within their business hours) prior to my scheduled session and I STILL got charged a cancelation fee. so they expect us to follow their policies they don't even follow???? joke of a place. front desk staff/ schedulers are also rude and not the nicest. considering this is a place for people to turn too not the way to make people want to come back.

After scouring through the list of their therapists online and choosing one, they say "sorry that person does not see under 18"... UMmmm ok well who does? Then they give me only two options... I say ok that makes it easier to decide! Then I look for the name of the first person they give me and low an behold no bio for that person. I say "can you tell me anything about this person".... the receptionist has the audacity to say "you can Google her". Um... again.... the therapist had a common name and I could not believe they asked me to Google... This place is a joke and CLEARLY they do not care about someone's mental health. I too am a patient there.... I had one session and it went ok, but it just is not the warm and fuzzy vibe you would want from a therapy center. SOLID no for me!!

He gives me advice, validates my feelings, and gives me coping tools and ideas to improve my life. He's helped me with past traumas and got me in with my psychiatrist, Dr. Solis. I've gone from seeing him on a weekly basis to seeing him once a month! I truly don't know where I'd be without him. Dr. Solis has been really helpful at finding the right medications for me, and helps me manage them well! My only complaint is that sometimes I run out of refills at my pharmacy but she had already put them in. I'm unsure if that's just a technical difficulty or not.
