The winter of 2026 I took the mower in for a yearly and was never notified of the status. On March 30, 2026 I called and picked it up. Six weeks later, May 15, 2026, the starter rope, which had been replaced, separated from the handle. I took the mower in for repair and was informed that FPLL no longer worked on Honda products, no longer was a Honda dealer, and could no longer get Honda parts. When I pointed out that the work was six weeks old and that I felt they had some level of responsibility for their work, they repeated they could not get parts. I asked if it needed parts and the rep agreed to look at it but it would be 2 weeks. Over 2 weeks later I called, they had done nothing and that I had been advised that they no longer worked on Honda products. When I asked why I didn't receive a call and wasted two weeks he replied that I had "gotten smart with their rep. just like l was being with him". I assured him that my next purchase, and any to follow would not be with FPLL to which he replied "Take it to Jones Honda". If he'd have said that two weeks earlier I wouldn't be writing this review.

The tractor is usually down for 1 to 3 weeks at a time.its hard to get anything done when tractor is broke down all of the time. And trying to get warranty work they always say I'll try to push it thru. My fan blade has came apart 2 times,sight glass replaced 2 or 3 times,steering motor went out,starter went out,battery was bad. That's not even all the problems. I will never do business there other than warranty work. Hopefully I can get rid of mahindra soon. Some employees don't have good customer service.

Said they would sharpen the blades, grease everything, new plugs, level the deck, and new air filter. I don't know a place in this world where that is worth 350.00 BUCKS. Didn't sharpen my blades, didn't grease the spindles, and even level the deck. They drained the oil and put new in and changed the plugs and air filter. 2 hours labor at 75 bucks an hour so that is a 150 bucks. What did I get for the other 200 bucks is what I would like to know. I don't know a place where you can spend that much on oil, 2 plugs, oil filters, fuel filter, or a air filter. When I picked it up the blades where laying on the foot deck and the bolts for the blades where in the cup holder. And no one told me that. Got home to put on the blades after I sharpened them and one of the grass shields was gone so I couldn't even put the damn things on till I get one of those. Would never take anything back to them or encourage anyone else to do so.

I was told by…read morethe person in charge that it was a great deal for me since they would be closed Saturday and Monday for Labor Day and I would be only charged for a 1 one day rental if I had it back before the gates closed at 4:30 pm on Tuesday 9/2/25. I returned the equipment at 2:08 pm on Tuesday and upon checkout I was told the equipment was due back at 8:30 am on Tuesday, and I was charged nearly a full extra day, $306.16. If I had been told it was due back at 8:30 am I would have had it back on time. UPDATE: After posting the one star review, I noticed I had a 10 am voicemail from the person in charge that I spoke to at Lindsey inquiring about the return of the equipment. However, I still know what I was told. I should have known to get it in writing, it would have taken five seconds for me to have him write the deadline with the date and time of return and initial it. The people that worked there and assisted with loading and unloading were very helpful and friendly and other than the issue with the return time, the person in charge was also friendly.

In the past few months the service has deteriorated to nothing short of unacceptable. Today was the last straw, after charing $2k (They said it would be $1500 - plus they charge $59 for suing a credit card!) to fix the transmission on my 2 year old gator (next time I'll buy a Kybota), and telling me that a front tire I said had a slow leak was just fine, they returned it to my farm with a FLAT TIRE. They said they would take it back, but it would be a week before they could return it. I miss the old days when they at least tried to make things right.
