My twelve year old needed an MRI with the injection, which is definitely not common on children.

Lied to by discharge nurse about what was actually done in surgery. Lectured to about how this is a Tylenol/Ibuprofen surgery only.... this surgery has been way worse than my c sections ever were. I was told I didn't need to take any time off after surgery. Maybe that would of changed if i would of been allowed to speak to Dr about what was actually done. Dr Moxley did call me at home because i was discharged without speaking to her, oxy was still working then. She seemed concerned, but i definitely was not prepared for the severe pain after oxy wore off. Was sent home with medication, but verly helped. Sents the lectures about Tylenol and Ibuprofen only i didn't call. Monday i requested refill, finally helping. Denied refill because Dr is out, again told Tylenol/Ibuprofen. My husband has had 2 stem cell transplants for cancer. Being lied to after treatment, about your treatment is a huge RED FLAG. Being denied access to surgeon and results of surgery is also a Red flag. Pain being dismissed is a Red Flag. Lack of pain control has triggered my migraines, I again can't eat or sleep. But realize there is no point in calling again. Also if your Dr at a cancer resurch center doesn't have a on call when they are out of office... that's a RED flag. If anyone wishes to discuss this my full name is Debra Winterroth, Dr Moxley's patient.

They were always right on top of filling out different forms. At one point they sent me to Oklahoma City to the cancer center there because they wanted to try something new and different. Oklahoma City set my plan Of Care and then I came back here for chemo radiation. The volunteers here are amazing amazing I felt the chemo infusion nurses were very compassionate and attentive The people in radiation were great fun Cons: it took forever to start treatment. I was diagnosed in December 2017 and then I didn't even start treatment till June 2018. Maybe it was because I had an HMO. They must make a lot of money here. They're always billing me for a different services.

I came here to visit my Dad while he was in the ICU before he passed on Thanksgiving Day this year…read more Although my Dad had to be moved from being on a ventilator, being in the ICU, being in step down care, etc., I can't say enough good things about the staff that I interacted with at Hillcrest. From the time my Dad called me to tell me that he was diagnosed with Stage IV colorectal cancer to the day I saw him in the ICU was exactly one month to the day - and he was dead just a couple weeks later. The staff answered my questions without beating around the bush which I appreciated. While my siblings and I were very pragmatic about our Dad's prognosis, my Mom and my Dad's extended family weren't taking it so well. My mom was at the hospital 24/7, sleeping in a chair in my Dad's room to be by his side. The staff were incredibly gracious and kind to my Mom. They let all of the family filter in, pray, talk, etc., for as long as they wanted outside of shift change. While I was out of the country on the night of my Dad's passing, a few of my siblings were there and they let me know that the staff allowed more than 2 people at a time to go in and sit with my Dad's body for a few hours to grieve, which I know my family appreciated. The only drawback for my visit to Hillcrest was that the cafeteria was rough for gluten-free options as a celiac. I went an entire day on just a bag of Cheetos from the cafeteria while I sat in my Dad's room. If I needed to stay longer at the hospital, I would have had to order safe food from outside of the hospital. Overall, my interaction with security, nurses, interns and doctors was fantastic in such a stressful time that I didn't have much time to prepare for. Visited: November 2025

The next day I received a voicemail that they decided to do the mri but I have to sign off on the clip. Finally in June I got it done and got a call and was told I need a biopsy then scheduled me for a biopsy on 7/11 a month later snd got it done and got a call back on 7/13 saying I have breast cancer. So when I went back in to talk to the actual dr instead of the nurse practitioner she was very uncaring when my husband asked her about why they turned me away over a year and a half saying nothing was wrong. She said well I think she did a good job and took no accountability for the delay and stress in the horrible time it took to get a diagnoses. Much less then got upset because we asked her why she said well it was the radiologist fault not theirs and that she felt uncomfortable and that she thought it would be best to find another Dr. I said I definitely wouldn't trust this office, the radiologist also told me that my right breast was good after we asked them multiple times about calcium deposits if they could be cancer. They all Said no including the radiologist also told Dr. Keim, she made me wait 30 mins then came in and told me I was fine. I ended up going to Md anderson who are top notch and found out that they had missed invasive cancer in my right breast also, and we asked them multiple times about it and they said no your right breast is fine. I wouldn't refer anyone to this Dr or breast center. They actually deserve a lawsuit so that other women don't die waiting on honest results. They also need investigating. Beware of St. John Breast Center/OCRSI.

They are rude, arrogant and lazy. They treat you like you should kiss they ass to be getting care from them. They don't do they job, everything is confusing, they say when you are to be seen the patient has no say. If you have a job, good luck and for God sake don't be a minute late! I mean if your seeing Dr Flynn you have breast cancer, and some how it's your fault and their word is law! If she would clean house and get a staff that actually care for the patients this would be a 5 star rating
