It was my first visit and she went to great lengths to explained everything that she was going to do and why. She put me at ease and I felt I was in very good hands. I'm so very pleased with the colour and cut. I have very thick and difficult to colour hair but she nailed it first time. She also went the extra mile to make sure the outcome would be perfect. Mylene is seriously talented. Very innovative and thinks outside the box to give you the hair that you really want to have. I look forward to my next visit.

Because she really took her time with me. you did an amazing job, such an amazing job that I called back to get her name. I came in with my straight hair but since it was humid outside it was a little bit frizzy. She took her time to fully straighten it. I thought that was a very nice touch because usually I either get out with wet hair, you're very quickly blowdried. I usually only go for haircuts so I can't talk about colours at the moment but it might be in the near future.

The hairdressers are so sweet and sociable and they always make me laugh. My sister and I have gotten our hair done here for all our big occasions: first communions, confirmations, and proms, and we've always loved the outcome. We've also both wanted to cut our hair and donate it to make wigs, and Studio 2000 cut it for us, and gave us plenty of resources on where to go and how to do the donation. I definitely recommend Studio 2000 to anyone looking for a hair salon in the West Island. Oh and Andrea is the one that usually does my hair and she is phenomenal :)

Alena cane to our rescue after my partner got a botched haircut at a local barber. He is balding…read moredown the middle - friar tuck style - and so managing the gap is not an easy feat for a hairdresser. The local barber gave him a combover which has never been his look and he was completely distraught by it. A quick trip to Alena and she shortened the feathery top to remove the combover, and shortened the sides to give him the appearance of more hair. I was impressed by her skill and strategy: she understands how to work with a hair challenge instead of awkwardly covering it up. She knows mens' haircuts and really should have been our first stop. So glad she was there to help: my partner left looking great and also so relieved that he has been "saved" by her skills!
