I called Lee based on his strong yelp reviews. I was about to purchase a franchise and needed someone to go over the contract for me. Lee was immediately responsive and, although the contract was over 140 pages, he suggested I read it myself instead of paying him to do so. He thought I'd be able to understand most of it, having more confidence in me than I did in myself. He instructed me to take notes on anything that I did not understand or questioned and then we would meet and go over those issues. He was right. Most of it was pretty straightforward and when we met we needed only 40 minutes to answer my questions. He is so fair that he noted that I had paid for one hour and I should contact him after the meeting with franchise corporate and the signing of the agreement and my addendums and he would give me the other 20 minutes on the phone to make sure I was comfortable about things had gone. That tells me one thing. This man is honest and fair and should any larger issues enter my life (I hope they don't), I would immediately turn to Lee. I highly recommend him.
