I was immediately met with such a calm and peaceful atmosphere as well as friendly staff. Jackie the owner was very kind and professional. I asked about massage services and what they offered and was introduced to her new business partner Pam Crawford. Pam has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years and specializes in stone, reflexology, deep tissue and a host of other certifications. Her experience and intuitive skill resulted in an amazing amount of pain relief from a shoulder injury that I had received 3 years ago. My only regret is that I have to leave the area before I can receive another treatment session! I will most definitely schedule another therapy session with her when I come back to the area again!

The massage therapist were kind and you can tell were experienced based on both of our massages. We did a 60 minute massage and they made sure to use every minute of it and made sure we both were ok throughout the whole time and focused on any area that we asked like back etc... Afterwards they gave us plenty of time to privately get up from bed and get dressed on our own time...no one rushed us. I get massages regularly from several different therapists, and the quality I typically receive is far better--and considerably less expensive. If I returned, I would definitely ask for one of their most experienced and most requested massage therapists. I also had the Glacial Facial, which I would not recommend. Ice-cold equipment was used repeatedly throughout the facial, including after products were applied. I understand that cooling is part of the treatment, but I found the experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. My total was approximately $600 with tip for the massage and facial. I had a $500 gift certificate and purchased no additional products or services, yet still ended up spending another $100. The setting and atmosphere are lovely, and I may give the spa one more try with a different therapist and service. However, I'm not sure the experience justified spending $600 for a massage and facial in Cleveland.
