I asked about massage services and what they offered and was introduced to her new business partner Pam Crawford. Pam has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years and specializes in stone, reflexology, deep tissue and a host of other certifications. Her experience and intuitive skill resulted in an amazing amount of pain relief from a shoulder injury that I had received 3 years ago. My only regret is that I have to leave the area before I can receive another treatment session! I will most definitely schedule another therapy session with her when I come back to the area again!

Since I was out of state on vacation and had no way of calling the salon (frankly, I didn't want to bother while on vacation), I posted a picture of the nails on Facebook and posted a short note on Tranquility's Facebook page informing them of the problem. Upon my return home on July 29, I sent the nails along with a request for a refund of the $25 I spent to Tranquility. I received a scathing letter back from the nail technician, Amy Brewer, over a month later stating that I should have notified HER IMMEDIATELY and not the salon. I immediately called Sandra Hull, the owner of the salon, and was told that Amy is an independent contractor and I would have to talk to her. I did, she basically called me a liar and said she had no proof the nails came off. Gee, I sent them back to her -- what more proof does she need? The salon will not refund my money because Amy is an independent contractor. I have worn gel/shellac nails for the last 2 years. I have never had a problem with them coming off. It is obvious that Amy either used the wrong product or didn't follow recommended procedures. The bottom line is: this salon does not stand behind their product and services. They are rude and unprofessional and obviously, do not value their customers. I would never ever step foot in this place again and I urge you to be very careful. If they treat one customer this way, they will treat them ALL this way.
