They do a great job however, the prices are always different. I've gotten the exact same thing done and it's a different price every time (manicures never have cost me the same when I do the same thing every time). When I kindly point to the sign and ask they answer in a way I can't understand, so I just pay. I don't want to argue but when the sign says $42 (pedicure) and you charge $66 - that's a problem. The owners, Thu and Le really care about customer service and I have never left unhappy.. if I ever chipped a nail even when it was my fault they would fix it no problem. Kimmy is an awesome nail tech... she is hilarious and also is also a perfectionist so she takes her time and my nails turn out amazing! The amount of compliments I get on my nails done by Kimmy.... Got 2 pedis and a full gel set here for $128 with tax - not bad! All 3 of us had awesome nail techs. Very friendly and personable. We were done within maybe an hour and 10 mins of arriving. They were constantly wiping everything down with Lysol, washing their hands, etc. read more

Fortunately they had an opening but was told one should make an appointment 1-2 days ahead.. when I arrived I could see how busy they were. Very clean facility, friendly staff. My first experience and my last. Liked that they accommodated me last minute, and everyone seemed super friendly and happy to be working there. I think I may have had a new person or she was having an off day - but either way they were overpriced for what I paid. $18 for a regular manicure and did not even get a hand massage and $33 for a pedicure and it was basic - and I had to tell her to stop stabbing my toe with the nipper (she should have realized she was hurting me by the way I reacted to the pain... in south Florida I paid those prices and received the most luxurious relaxing experience. Perhaps I got someone new? Going to keep searching for the perfect place to get my nails done. read more

I HATE getting my nails done, and I especially hate pedicures... that being said I had the most pleasant experience at this salon. I called before they opened and left a message asking for a call back to get an appointment, they called me back a few minutes before 10 (when they open) and got me in at 11 for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. My nail tech was Kim and she was wonderful. I'm 8 months pregnant and she was very attentive and anticipated my needs, she paid so much attention to detail as well which was so appreciated.
