This practice management system synchronizes across all of my devices including other computers and smartphones, enabling me to schedule my appointments, enter my progress notes via dictation, writing, or typing and directly billing my medical insurance claims with a few clicks of a user-friendly interface. A recently added feature enables me to check a patient's benefits and eligibility with the click of a button. These features save time and money. The accounting system is tremendously helpful. I am now able to quickly and accurately determine the medical billing balances for each of my clients. Although the system is easy to use, the staff responds quickly when I have medical billing and IT questions and provides an unparalleled level of support that has enabled me to rapidly resolve occasional questions.
