What a joke! First of all they only have one employee working to deal with all the customers (well at least that was all I saw while there). After waiting my turn the employee begins to tell me everything which is wrong with my package. She states the supervisor at the Stratford warehouse probably will not deliver because it was oversized and the box did not close correctly. First of all what we were trying to send could not fit perfectly in a square box, so we had to package it in a way which would change ver all angles. Bottom line is she wanted me to re-package the item in one of their boxes using their supplies. I refused to do it because we spent all day securing, bubble wrapping and taping so the item would be protected. Ultimately I went to their competitor and they took the package without any questions or comments and for a hell of a lot cheaper than what FedEx was offering to do. Never again! Don't waste your time just go their competitor and they will get the job done. read more

Used to be great. Personnel change was not good. I went in today to manually copy a voluminous set of blueprints. The employees watched me scan one page at a time, which took approximately 20 minutes. When I went to print, the machine showed it was out of paper. The employee told me the store was out of paper. I asked why she didn't tell me that sooner or why they don't have a sign on the machine. She shrugged it off and walked away. read more

Everytime I get a package shipped out from here I fear that it will not make it to my house. Fedex has been the worst shipping service I have every dealt with specifically the one coming out of Fairfield. I Don't know who their hiring manager is but whoever it is needs to get fired because their delivery driver not only missed my house number but also had my package signed off by somebody with a completely different first and last name then mine. To think that somebody could be so careless to not only miss the house number but the actual name as well is terrible. Literally missed two key signs of a delivery, the house number and the name, whoever delivered my package that day should be fired because they obviously dont give a shit about their job enough to even look at the fucking house number. Fuck Fedex, UPS, USPS, hell even ONTRAC are 100x better than this embarrassment of a company. read more

Female employee kept wiping her red nose, face, and mouth with her hands then touching the products being made & purchased without washing/Purelling. It's flu season, and even if it wasn't, it's still disgusting. There was a bottle of Purell right on the counter too. Had online ordered a simple item to be printed and bound with a scheduled pick up time of several hours later. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee hadn't even checked the computer and gave me attitude about the website allowing me to schedule a three hour pick up window. She began making the order when she saw I wasn't accepting the excuses nor leaving. Instead of reading the order with any kind of accuracy or care, she grilled me about what I ordered. Luckily I had my receipt with all the details but she didn't want to see it. HORRIBLE customer service. And this is what everyone experienced because she was the only employee working. read more

I don't even want to give this Fed Ex one star. They don't even deserve a rating. They did not print or make what I ordered. The young woman who was working there by herself was worse then rude she claimed to not have time right now to help me and fix the problem and that she's the only one here. She also acted like it was my fault that the order wasn't passed on correctly to her from the gentleman who was covering for her yesterday during her lunch. She threw him right under the bus. There was also only one other person in line. When I walked away she started talking loudly across the room to me disrespectfully and then when I responded she turned around walked away waving her hands in the air. I then walked back in 1 minute later to get the brochures and she claimed they were already in the shredder and didn't have the key. I will never be going back there. You have just lost my personal business and my company's business. I will also make sure the manager or corporate knows about this awful experience. read more

There were 2 employees there. One of them was really unpleasant ,because I made her move from around the counter 10' to show me the proper form . Then she ignored me for the rest of the visit and helped the other customer who just walked in as I was standing in line with a ready to go envelope. As i later observed there is no system ,in regards to who is being served first. We were in line waiting, but as new people were coming in ,there were being served instantly. She spends 10min with one customer, while we are standing there in line. I'll never go there, waste of my time. read more

The personnel at this location are uniformly rude and unhelpful. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as at this location. They are clearly trained to extract as much money as possible from customers and rush you out the door as fast as possible.
