I hired Diana for a standard cleaning. I will start by saying she did not clean the floor downstairs. I repeat the downstairs was probably lightly vacuumed but was not mopped. Untouched crumbs underneath my dining table. The photos shows me wiping the floor with a wet towel. I'm fuming right now. Other little things here and there too but keeping this review straight forward. I just don't know how a business can grow from this. Decided to treat myself by hiring a house keeper and I regret it; total waste of money. And my pretty stove comal was ruined, roughly scratched and now I have to replace it! I will not reach out to her directly because there is nothing the housekeeper can do to remedy this. I would never trust her in my home. REGRET read more

Diana told me she would arrive at 9 am. My hubby drove an hour to meet her at our house that needed a moving deep clean. It seems she arrived at 8:45, waited 15 minutes and left! Hubby arrived at 9:01 and no Diana. Needless to say, no cleaning got done. read more

I needed someone to clean my house on a regular basis. I called Dianna and booked an appointment with her on 9/18. She called right back and said she could not make it on the 18th but she could make it on 9/19 at 11am. I cancelled plans that I had and waited for her to show up. She did not show up nor did she call and tell me she was not coming. I text her at 11:30 and got no response. I don't understand why you would go to the trouble of making an appointment and not even call if you can't make it. If this is how she runs her company I want no part of it. read more

I appreciated the fact they were punctual. However, she and her helper had to do everything twice because the first time before I checked their work I didn't know they were not cleaning anything. The bathroom walls were not wiped down, the shower floor was not touched, because it looked the same as the day before. They did not clean the plate in my microwave nor was my stovetop cleaned.
