Horrible service Very lame experience going there, The place is a dump tiny shack in front of a garage and the bathroom didn't have paper towels for me to dry my hands. I'l NEVER go there ever again. Andrew serviced the transmission but the knocking etc was still present and the check engine was coming on. Brought it back to Andrew and he said the sensors and seals are the issue so had them replaced, still didn't solve the problem. I brought it to tms tire and had Andrew come out and hear what I hear and he said he's never heard the knocking, which I disagree with what he said, so he had hooked it up and the code came back as the engine!! Andrew doesn't do engine's he says so I took it to a auto shop in eau claire and I was told that my engine is shot and needs to be replaced!! I had spent 3,000 up to that point and it was always the engine. I was taken advantage of by having things fixed and/or replaced that really didn't need to be like the seals and sensors; the problem the whole time was the engine!! I won't be doing business with them after learning this. I had to get rid of the sonic because I can't afford the repairs and bought a 2020 vehicle in eau claire. Andrew was always nice and I felt he would be honest with me on the problem with the car and I don't feel he was with me. Disappointed

I understand that most places are by appointment and that they are busy with that being on mind I thought they may have actually helped since it was an emergency stop. Nope. They asked if I had steering and I did not. She said it was a problem but they had no time and no one to take a look at it. Not even putting a reader on the engine to verify the error I was getting. They wished me luck in getting home which was over 100 miles away without proper steering. I was blown away. As I left I walked their gun the shop and saw 4-5 guys standing around talking and only 1 service bay was in use out of 6. Two hours later and taking back roads I arrived at my dealership and within 15 minutes diagnosed that the pump needs replacement. It'll take a week for them to repair it. It at least they looked amd not just said "good luck".

Without it the inside of the tire will have severe wear and my brand new tires at the time are now completely chopped and ruined, my front end experienced accelerated wear because of the bad alignment and I just had to redo everything and realign it not even 2 years later.
