Synergy Caregivers has only averaged 2 days a week on a fully paid 5 day work week. Always has bad excuses. We are disabled and it is costing us a lot of money to find daily replacements. Law suit may come very soon.They don't call, they just don't come. read more

I found Synergy through a search using Google. I called to ask questions because I needed help with my dad. The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Margret then came to house and helped to ease my fears of having strangers in my home. The girls they sent to my house were amazing. They were trained very well and did not need to be asked to get to work. My dad really enjoys having them, which was a total shock to me because he can be very difficult to work with. I would recommend Synergy Home Care to anyone. I truly appreciate everything they do for me and my dad. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Chad J.

In 2003, SYNERGY Home Care's CEO, Chad J., and his family were facing a crisis many of you face. His father was left incapable of caring for himself following a major stroke. Chad and his family attempted to care for him for 10 months. After reaching a crisis point, he and his family engaged a senior home care agency to help. By doing so, they regained their lives and their connection with their father. Two years later his father passed but this experience made a huge impact on Chad who decided to move away from his job in 2006 and start Synergy Home Care of Houston. Every day, Chad strives to make the same positive impact on his clients lives through Synergy Home Care.

Synergy was Heaven sent ... My grandfather needed 24 hour care and synergy stepped in the days my family and I couldn't be there ... We were introduced to 2 wonderful caregivers; 1 full time and a 1 backup for days the full time caregiver couldn't make it . The caregivers made sure my grandfather ate, showered and made all his doctors appointments . During doctor's visits, the caregivers would translate all information or call so one of us could listen or ask any questions . I recommend Synergy to everyone read more
