After consulting with my doctor, I was informed that the B12 concentration might be too high, potentially diluting the semaglutide. I reached out to Champion Health and Wellness both by phone and message to see how they could resolve the issue. I asked if I could receive semaglutide without the B12, as many other clinics offer this option, so I could better assess the concentration of each ingredient. However, I was told that they do not offer this option, as all of their semaglutide is allegedly pre-mixed. Since they kept all of my remaining injections, I requested a refund, but I was informed that this was not possible. Even though I paid in advance and chose to leave the rest of my injections at the clinic, I was still denied a refund. I am deeply disappointed and feel cheated out of my money. They are advertising a diluted product and, in my case, causing harm to their patients. Dr. Cynthia Champion, I expected transparency, quality care, and good customer service. Unfortunately, your clinic did not live up to those standards. It's concerning that you didn't offer a clear remedy or refund, and refused to adjust the product or provide details about the dilution of the semaglutide and B12 mixture which is a breach of trust. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the local and regional health board that oversee your clinic as well as the BBB for deceptive practices.
