Following meniscus surgery, my Doctor, Ronald Koe, referred me to Synergy Physical Therapy to facilitate my recovery. Upon visiting the website, I was instantly impressed. All of the PT's were fairly recent College graduates (of 10 years or less), suggesting to me that they were up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. Additionally, they all held Doctorate of PT degrees, which was an unexpected lagniappe. As a resident of Anthem Highlands, I was pleased to learn that they had an Anthem location. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The intake process with Dr. Ben Toolson was thorough and informative. I was so blessed to have had him as my PT. He is an exceptional Therapist, with a gentle calming nature. He is professional, yet approachable - he listens well. There were times when I doubted that my knee would ever get better, but Dr. Ben and the team - Anthony, Korin, and Riley, just kept working and encouraging me. Let me add that they do everything timely and in order. Someone had an exercise or machine ready for me the minute I walked in and I was engaged during the entire session. Additionally, the facility is clean, the equipment well maintained, and we have access to 2 restrooms. The feeling of assimilation within your community is important. When I visit my neighborhood bank, coffee shop or pharmacy, it's a nice feeling to be welcomed and called by name. Well, that's the environment at Synergy PT. I was always warmly greeted by name - from Lindsey at the front desk to every staff member in attendance. Even Dr. Scott, who was not my PT, knew my name. This sense of connectedness also extended to the staff. They all seemed to have a close bond, which created a pleasant environment. After about 3 1/2 months of PT, I have "graduated". My pain is quite manageable and I have regained my normal gait. Dr. Ben made sure that I was equipped with the tools necessary to support my continued recovery. I thank you! Two years ago I caught a little air coming off of a ski lift and unfortunately I didn't stick my landing. I badly strained my MCL, ACL and meniscus in both of my knees and fractured one of my tibias. Thankfully I didn't require surgery and my doctor felt I could make a full recovery with physical therapy. I spent a little over a year in physical therapy and don't know what I would have done without Nicole and her staff. I am a first grade teacher and I continued to work throughout my injury. Nicole and her staff were very generous and flexible with their time. I was always given late afternoon appointments so that I didn't have to take time away from work. I would arrive at therapy in the afternoons after exhausting days of teaching little ones and Nicole and her assistants Alexis, Korin, Bree and Rachel would put me back together again. I left therapy each evening feeling energized after my workout. Patients at Synergy are always greeted by name and the staff is upbeat, energetic and friendly. Nicole and her staff are patient and nurturing. I can't emphasize enough how important this is to the recovery process. I fully recovered from my injuries and am now a fitness client. I continue to workout at Synergy 2-3 times a week and feel so fortunate to have a personalized fitness plan written by a Physical Therapist. It doesn't get any better than that! read more

My therapist, after my total knee replacement, was Ben, however, I had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Scott. They were extremely attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable with regards to the things I needed to focus on to successfully recover from my surgery. They stressed the importance of consistency and proper form throughout the exercises, so as to not offer any additional stresses to the knee. Korin and Tony, their assistants, were also very knowledgeable about what to do. In addition to that, they always made it a pleasure to attend my therapy sessions. Their humor, wit, and genuine acceptance of each and every one of their patients was unsurpassed! Under these circumstances, I hope I never have to see any of these people again, however I would love to run into any of them at the grocery store or at the gym. With the level and quality of therapy I received, I'm sure I won't be back! They were AWESOME! I have been a client at Synergy Physical Therapy for five or six different issues that included surgery rehabilitation as well as utilizing PT for other issues. Synergy was one of the recommended Physical Therapy locations in town. I knew nothing about PT, so I chose the closest PT to my home. I couldn't be a happier person for picking Scott and his team. From the first time I walked in there, Scott, who did my first evaluation, made me feel so comfortable and relieved my fear of embracing PT. He, and his team, are very compassionate and concerned about everyone's well being - not just mine. I have been there so many times, therefore, I see how they treat others as well as myself. I thought I was going to have to undergo surgery and a long healing & recovery process to correct my shoulder rotatory cuff issue. My doctor recommend that we give Physical Therapy a try and suggested Synergy Therapy Center, located near my home in Henderson, NV. When I started the program my therapist Ben, planned a detailed exercise & massage routine specifically for my injury. I immediately began to feel a relieve of pain and discomfort. The entire staff are professionals and attentive to patient's individual needs and conditions. I had both knees replaced a month apart. I started my physical therapy at a big upscale gym with every piece of equipment you could imagine. I was making slow progress and not very happy with my results. I had gone to synergy a year before after my miniscus surgery and decided to go back to them, that was the best decision I could have made to speed up my recovery. All of the staff are great and extremely helpful and hands on with your workouts. The team at Synergy is amazing. Tara my PT and her staff of therapists, and the office staff were amazing. When I broke my arm, i was figure skating and working on high level tests. I had to have surgery and then figure out how to "get back on the horse" as they say. Tara helped me over my fear of falling again, and worked on getting myself physically and mentally back in shape. After the great care and support I passed a high level skating test AND 3 dances all in one test day! I could never have done it without Tara and all the gang at Synergy!! Ben took excellent care of me at Synergy PT. There are also many techs that keep an eye on you and make sure you are doing well with the exercises. I had lateral and medial epicondylitis in each arm and I was very weak. That quickly changed with the therapy I received. There is a big open room that patients do their exercises along with some private treatment rooms. I love the positive energy and recommend this facility highly. read more

I have Multiple sclerosis and with the treatments and and exercises they have retrained and strengthened my muscles. They are good at helping me on and off different machines.
