I saw Dr Adnan in February. I need surgery, he stated "yes" he could do the surgery. Had me jump through hoops getting 2 clearances before surgery. Got the clearances then scheduled telemedicine appointment per his request. Never received confirmation call regarding the appointment, I contacted the office 5 minutes after the appointment time, staff stated "yes" I am on the schedule for 11:15am and to allow 30 minutes as the doctor might be running behind. At 1:45pm still no call. I called the office and left a message, to this day I have not received a call from the doctor or the office. I wish Dr Adnan was honest and didn't waste my time (8 weeks) with him. I could have made another appointment with a different office and been seen. I'm trying to stay out of the hospital and he just added to it because of his ego. read more

Dr Hashimi performed two procedures in March, 2025, and in both instances, he treated me with great kindness and a sense of humor.Sometimes it's embarrassing to discuss certain body parts, but I was completely comfortable with Dr Hashimi. My primary doctor referred me to Las Vegas Surgical Associates in Henderson, NV to begin my weight-loss journey with tirzepatide. I started treatment in January 2025 and was seeing progress, so I continued despite inconsistent customer service from one of the front-office receptionists, who was polite some days and rude on others. In October, I prepaid for my medication before leaving for a vacation to Maui. When I arrived to pick up two weeks of tirzepatide, I was abruptly told they had run out and I would need to call back the following Monday to see if a shipment had arrived. I explained that I had already paid and needed my medication before my trip, but the response was dismissive. A staff member who identified herself as the manager repeated that there was nothing they could do, with no empathy or attempt to help. I left the office feeling frustrated and unsupported. On Monday, I called one of their other locations on Sunset, and that office agreed that since I had paid, I should receive the medication. They called the Green Valley office where I had made my payments and they agreed to give me a 2week supply even though they still didn't have the shipment. I went in and they provided it, but the experience left a very negative impression. Ultimately, I chose to discontinue treatment with this clinic and later found tirzepatide elsewhere for a significantly lower price. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. Consistent professionalism and patient care matter, and I did not feel valued or supported here. This office was charging me $880 for 2 months. I went on line and I paid $648 for 3 months strongest strength. read more

Dr XU has literally saved my life three times in the last three years. His skills knowledge and bedside manner are better than any doctor and 100% better than any surgeon I have ever met in my life. Compared to the other surgeons that checked on me on my most recent visit by far, he was the most humble the most experienced and the most caring. His office staff has been top shelf. From PAs, nurse practitioners and nurses and medical assistants. I cannot tell you how scary a death experience can actually be but when I knew it was Dr XU and that I had one of the most skilled surgeons in town I knew it would be ok. He took out my cancer 2022 w a clean margin. I had a herniation a year later of my bowels because I'm overweight and my guts were falling out of my skin. It was scary, painful, and it felt extremely dangerous and left me almost immobile. Fast recovery successfully fine! Lastly, I had a mesenteric artery clog that gave me necrotic bowel. I thought it was the end. I almost gave up. Emergency surgery...He had to open Me fully and remove 20 cm plus of colon. It was a really tough surgery and it was definitely a dangerous one with a high probability of not making it. I can tell you right now That I am at six weeks post w an 18 inch incision from top to bottom on my torso and I am almost fully healed. Instead of packing and dressing now I'm down to a single bandaid. What was a humongous gaping surgical wound has healed beautifully. He's compassionate with your pain. He makes sure that you don't suffer. In the hospital when I was in such a terrible pain he told them to give me the pain medication more often and at home when my primary care spaced out my pain medications, which I was taking every six hours to every 22 4 days after being released!! Again, his compassion over rode what the primary care said. He continued pain management as needed. NOT over medication but reasonable. It's not normal to find a surgeon in my opinion of his caliber to be so real so humble and so empathetic to his patients. I can tell you now that if I ever have to have a surgery and I can't have him I don't know what I'll do. I thank God that he's a young man and that I don't have to worry about him retiring. I recommend him to everybody, hands-down I staked my life on it! His office is also beautiful clean and New located in Henderson, which was close to my house. There's not a long wait. It's fast and easy to get an appointment. I was actually able to call one day and they had me come right in immediately because I had a problem. Again, no waiting no telling me to go to the emergency room taking care of it. DR XU is the best if the best. His staff is AMAZING. I cried this week leaving his office because my progress has been nothing short of miraculous. read more

My husband was a patient of Dr. Jimmy Xu. I witnessed the entire process of his robotic surgery and overall, the procedure and care were phenomenal. We were relying on Dr. Xu to save my husband's life, as at first, I feared he wouldn't survive. He had been in and out of the ER for nearly 3 months, losing over 40 lbs due to the same issue. Finally, the hospital decided he needed surgery, and it seemed like fate that Dr. Xu was chosen to perform it. Had emergency surgery in 2024 and took care of the doctor bills that were sent. Received a bill in the mail much later and when I called to inquire was told that was for the doctor calling me a couple weeks later to just check in on me. I am very disappointed to be billed for something that was completely unnecessary and certainly was not notified that the doctor calling to check on me was considered an appointment. I also agree with other reviews that the staff are rude and unfriendly. I would look elsewhere if possible. read more
