I think if the male therapist had continued, it would have been great. He seemed to have much better technique. The customer who came in, asked for him, and wasn't happy about the lady working on him. I suppose he is a regular and knew better. I would come here again, but next time insist on the male therapist. I think there is a big difference in massage quality between the two. I typically have no preference as to the gender of my therapist, that wasn't the issue. I've received deep tissue massages by women, in other places and lack of firm pressure wasn't a problem. EDITED TO ADD: I decided to reach out to them, directly, and tell them I was not happy. They have offered to redo the massage at a steep discount, apologized and were VERY NICE about it! On the day of my appointment, a very friendly gentleman called to confirm. When I walked into the quaint establishment, I was greeted by a gregarious staff. The shelves were lined with all sorts of oils and supplements of the highest quality , things you can't find at any basic retail store locally. They even had healthy snacks and health foods. My Bio Feedback testing was done with Mrs. Erin Wright, Certified Meridian Stress Analysis Technician. Erin was so pleasant and relatable. She took her time listening to find out why I wanted the test done, and based on my results, she was able to suggest necessary supplements to target specific issues I was having opposed to me buying a bunch of random vitamins like I usually do.
