I had a wonderful pedicure yesterday. No complaints. My SNS nails so pad. They are rough and look scratched up. The nail tech didn't even remove all of the old SNS she just filed and left some of the color on. When I checked out that afternoon I asked the gal at the counter if she could see and she said I don't see it. I didn't want to cause a fuss so I left. This morning I couldn't take it so I called and I'm going back to get them fixed. We shall see if I continue to go here or not read more

I have been to Footprints spa on several occasions, with no complaints, but after 1/16/20, NEVER AGAIN! I went in for a manicure, pedicure, and face wax. The manicure & pedicure were fine. We then went to a room that had no heat. I asked the tech if we could move to a room that was warmer. I was ignored, basically dismissed. So, I put my hands under my body to TRY and keep warm during the face wax. During the process, I let her know that my face was stinging. Again - dismissed. I asked her why parts of my face were so red, & was told that the redness would go away overnight. I paid my bill WITH a 20$ tip for the tech. The next day, both cheeks and above my left eye was very red, and hurt! I went back to the salon & spoke to the owner, She RELUCTANTLY gave me 30$ back, but explained how the problem was some medication I was taking, or the cosmetics I used, or a skin problem I was having. No apology, no admission of any wrong doing on the part of the technician. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I am very very impressed with this place. I have been searching for a nail shop that doesn't rush customers and actually listens to what their client wants. Mai did not rush on my nails and gave me the natural appearance I was going for. The price was only $35 for solar powder fill and gel polish. The appointment was about 90 minutes but I didn't mind because I wasn't waiting around for my turn. You can't smell any harsh chemicals and it was a very relaxing serene environment. This is THE best nail salon that I have found! It's very clean and the customer service is great! It is really a calm & relaxing atmosphere. The pedicures are amazing. They take their time and really do a great job. Unlike most places, the basic of regular pedicure is far from ordinary. I get the SNS on my fingernails and love it! I would recommend this place to anyone! --------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: This is a great salon UNTIL you become a regular customer...or so it appears. I noticed that my SNS nails were more fragile lately. They were breaking more often but since I had an appointment every week and a half to two weeks, I would just file my nail and it bothering with going to get it fixed. However, the last time was the last straw. My nail broke 2 days after getting them done. Instead of being willing to fix it, the owner attempted to tell me that no one had time to fix my nail and that I would have to wait a while. Actually, she nastily said that to the receptionist but I overheard her. I then let her know that I don't have time to come back and forth. She then asked to see the nail. As I was standing right in front of her, she demanded "I NEED to see the nail". I think she was so busy trying to be nasty that she didn't realize that I was already showing her the nail! Not clean. I called prior to ask if they used plastic liners in tubs for pedicure which held up to be true but also asked if the tools are sanitized and files, buffers and such are new per person. The lady on the phone told me yes which was false when I went for my appointment. The files and buffers were not new and looked thoroughly used and gross and the tools she carried over in wicker basket from another station and sure did not look to be sanitized. I appreciate honestly and cleanliness with businesses and did not receive either of these here. Will not be going back. read more

The 5 stars is for Antonella (esthetician). As good as you get. I've had massages all over. She. Is. The. Absolute. Best. I followed her here. I can never find a perfect masseuse, though I've tried. When I saw that Lena had good reviews on here, I had high hopes that I would finally be able to book a massage with my facial, instead of going elsewhere for massages. Again, 5 stars for Antonella (it should be 10 stars). Lena... sigh... it was the absolute worst massage ever. Wait, let me tell you. Again, I'm not a novice. I understand communication is the key. I know that all masseuses are different. I know. I went in and first, she never asked me if I had any problem areas. I told her anyways, since it could be easily overlooked. I had a 90 min massage. She started on my back, slow, deep movements, up to down. After a few minutes of moving around, I told her my problem area. She said she'd get to my back shoulder blade area after I was flipped on my back. (???) First sign. I was like... ooookkkkk... usually, therapists work on your back when you're lying back up. I thought, maybe this is a new technique. So she worked on different areas, went to my legs and did a few "leg jacking" moves... Yes... I called it that. I'm laughing too. Where she bends my knees and jacks it left and right. Ok, whatever. She did get my trigger points in my buttocks. Fine. After what seemed like 45 min, I flipped over and she proceeded to work my back by pushing her hands under my shoulders roughly and pulling out towards my head. I've had this done before. Her technique wasn't smooth and it doesn't really get the area I need. It's more of an upper shoulder/neck technique. Anyway, the worst part was when I thought she fell asleep on me. YES!!! First her movements slow down, then literally pause for 5-10 seconds (which is a long time when you are laying there in the dark. Then she keeps yawning. Omg. She pauses so much I almost opened my eyes to look at her - at this point she's sitting in a chair behind my head. So it would've been kinda of awkward and crazy, being 12 inches from her face. ugh. So it got so bad that I started opening my eyes and staring at the ceiling and wishing she would finish. It took 15 minutes of wishing before it happened. She spent 20 minutes twisting my head like a chiropractor before she just ran out of things to do to me. I am not exaggerating. With ALL the muscles in the body, I couldn't believe how inefficient she was and what killed me most was her lack of technique. It was like she ran out of things to massage. My massage was at 4pm. Maybe that was too late for her. Worst massage ever. I know she'll know who this is but oh well. I'm giving this info for others. 1) Yawning 2) Seemed to fall asleep 3) Limited massage technique and style outside of the back. I'll go back for Antonella. Actually Antonella gives you a light shoulder/neck and arm massage during her session. I like Tam (owner) and love Antonella. They really need a good massage therapist. read more

I've grown up in Warner Robins and I have been to just about every nail salon around here. I am quite OCD when it comes to my nails and toes so it's hard to impress me like Footprints Spa did today! Today was my first visit and it will not be my last! The SNS nails are nothing short of AMAZING and the pedicures will make you melt in your chair. They really take care of their clients! This rating is strictly for the masseuse. I have been to footprints on more than one occasion however, I believe there is an issue with the masseuse having their cell phone in the room while preforming a massage. Not just having it but, using it to text and answer texts. This is not only unprofessional because you are paying for someones undivided attention but, also... you are pretty much naked and most phones have cameras. To remedy this, the owner should create a "no phone" policy for its employees while behind doors with a client. Again, usually I love this place and enjoy their services. Walked in very excited to get my nails done . The lady on the phone told me all about this organic nail stuff.. But when I got there i had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment . She didn't do any organic nails. And I thought I paid 35 bucks for something fancy... On top of that She seemed very rushed. Massage overall was good but the first impression was terrible. I'm not sure why my masseuse was not wearing shoes. Of course that's what you look at when your face is in the hole. You could tell she smoked so not a pleasant experience when she was close. During my first conversation with her she started scratching her stomach which was just odd. I was surprised that no one asked what areas need work on, want kind of pressure I wanted, or if there was anything they needed to be aware of. I was told on the phone when I made my appointment that I could ask for hot stones the day of the appointment. I did and "they weren't on" so there was nothing they could do. Get creative! Offer me a later appointment, turn them on and give them to me later on in the appointment, offer me a discount, something! I was dreading the massage going into it but you could tell she knew what she was doing when she was actually massaging me. After I felt great. First impression needs a ton of work. read more

The only reason this place gets a 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars. This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. They will not be getting any more of my business!!! I ask for the regular manicure which is $20. The polish I chose was opi infinite shine. While I'm sitting there I tell the nail tech I've changed my mind and just want clear polish. She is adamant and insistent that I should get gel polish or at least use this opi infinite shine polish that I originally picked out. I tell her fine let's use the opi, not dawning on me why she wants me to use it so bad. WELL, when I go to pay I'm told my manicure was $25. I ask why when it clearly states $20 (AND I was told by the girl at the front desk that the regular manicure is $20) for a manicure - they inform me that opi infinite shine is $5 extra! You have got to be kidding me, that's why the nail tech was so adamant about me not just using clear polish. I do not appreciate being tricked like that! No where did it say that that polish was $5 extra! In fact no other salon (that I've been to) charges extra for basic (its Not gel polish) polish. I might could get over this except - my nails don't even look good!!!! So many people recommend this place - why?! I don't mind spending extra money for polish but the way this nail tech did it was too sneaky for my taste. I won't be going back to that place again! read more

This place is actually really great EXCEPT that you have to deal with an extremely RUDE receptionist every time you go in. I've been several times and I've loved the pedicures. The price is great, the lady that did the pedicure was great and the atmosphere was great. The only problem is that every time I go in the receptionist is so condescending and rude. I've over looked it several times, chalking it up to what may have been a bad day and her young age. This last time I went in she greeted me with the same rude hostility that she has always greeted me with and i decided I've just had enough.
