This caused horrific vomiting and gastrointestinal blockage, and she almost died. $2K in emergency vet bills because of the technician's carelessness. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone acknowledged the error without apology or empathy. She said they would "put a note in the file not to spill anymore" and acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling. No restitution or solution was offered. Then earlier this year I got a bill, after 15 days I got a notice I was sent to collections. I called to find out they hired a new, more aggressive collection agency. So after 15 days with no payment you are sent to collections. Called and talked to a woman in the office. She was snotty and rude on the phone. I told her to just cancel my service and she gladly obliged. I moved on to Turf Care who treats me much better as a customer.

Lawn Barbers saw my post about that on the NextDoor app and contacted me to offer a free estimate. They showed up the next day, we hired them, and they did a really great job. They dug rings around 8 trees and removed some 17 year old dead boxwoods. They did such a great job you would never know the bushes were ever there and the rings really are so well done, it changed the entire look of our backyard. When our tractor broke they mowed for us while we got the tractor fixed. Really polite, professional young men. I highly recommend them. Will absolutely use again.
