We had several rooms with many comfortable chairs and sofas on which to sit. The employees had warm personalities, expressing condolences and kindly reminding us of the 10-person limit per room during the COVID-19 pandemic. The employees also wore face masks correctly, made hand sanitizer available, and often wiped down frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs. During the funeral at the cemetery, the employees gave the family cues about what to do. They played beautiful music and released a white dove into the sky.
