He and his assistant did a great job on cleaning the panels, which were quite dirty. It's been 3 weeks since they were cleaned. I track their energy production on a daily basis and the newly cleaned panels are producing about 20% more energy than they were before I had them cleaned. We will definitely use them for our twice annual cleanings from now on. I will mention that Jonathan did not arrive at our set appointment time. It took him awhile to text back to my query about whether he was still coming, but that was because he was running behind on an earlier cleaning and up on the roof, unable to text back immediately. We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again.He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. The netting was falling off and wasn't all the way to the rooftop tile so there was a gap that birds could still get under to get to the panels. They arrived at the time they said and worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned under the panels before installing the new netting and cleaned up and moved items back when finished.
